Above And Beyond Property Management

I've been renting with them for almost a year now, it took me weeks to get a toilet fixed; I left voicemails and emails almost daily for two weeks and finished it off with "send your guy out here or I'm hiring my own plumber and sending you the bill" before I heard back from them. They are open for less hours in a week than I work in two days. It was off to a great start, but very quickly showed their lack of inexperience.

When I went into the office, none of my paperwork was ready, they had two toddlers and a dog running around. On top of all that, the HOA that I'm in had an issue with a trailer I had parked next to my driveway and it took over four months to hear about it. All around disorganized property management company, take your business elsewhere.

I wish I could no stars. They do not answer their phones nor do they respond to messages or emails! I had everything done to rent a house and I called multiple times, went into their office at 2 and no one was there. I came back the next day at 2:30 and the door was shut but I heard people in there yet they still did not answer the phone or the door.

They just want all the money they can get from applications and even if you are the first one to apply they won't tell you:))) there was a very rude lady working there too and she did not help us at all. Would not recommend even applying to this rental company.

The ladies at Above and Beyond have been great to rent our beautiful home through. They have been professional, very helpful with anything we have needed, and have felt like our advocates as renters. I highly recommend them! They have gone above and beyond for us, and I feel like they will for you too.

Worst property management I've ever had to deal with. We lived in an apartment that was under their "maintenance" for several years. It came complete with broken windows, carpets with holes, leaking pipes, mice in the attic and walls, and nails sticking up from the floors. My favorite part of living in the apartments directly above the management office was when they refused to clean the broken gutters for so long that they filled with ice and fell down, breaking ALL of the AC units for the entire building.

It was also lovely to walk past the employees downstairs smoking and throwing their butts around the parking lot every day. We moved to Colorado and now live in a place with twice the space, wood floors, walk in closet, trash valet service, a year round heated pool, hot tub, community BBQs and outdoor fireplace, unlimited free beer on tap, a yoga studio and 24 hour gym for the same price.

And we get routine maintenance for even small items that aren't emergencies (such as a loose fixture or changing the air system filters). I highly recommend anyone who is being screwed over by this company to look into a class action lawsuit.

I have worked with Above & Beyond for the past three years and have found them to be extremely professional. Based on my experience with Above & Beyond and other similar companies here in Bozeman, I would encourage anyone looking at a rental property either to be managed or if you are looking as a tenant, Above & Beyond should be at the top of your list.

We rented with Above & Beyond for three years at two different properties. They've always been easy to work with and always fair. With both our move-outs, they always returned our deposits to us in a reasonable amount of time, even when we left the state. If we ever move back to the Bozeman area, we'd definitely try to rent with them again!

We had an absolutely miserable experience with Above and Beyond. From day one when we went to move in and all the owners belongings were left in the garage when we were told they would be moved to his storage unit. To the very end three years later when they charged ridiculous fees as to not give back a security deposit. $51.75 to replace a battery in a smoke detector that was not beeping at time of walk through! $200 cleaning fee when the house was left immaculate AND ten times cleaner than the mess we moved into! $69 fee for dog poop removal that we missed under snow. The manager, Brittany is pretty much evil and i hope you make the right decision to NEVER do business with them!

I couldn't have asked for a better property management team. I rented an apartment managed by them for a year an a half. I ended up terminating my lease earlier because I was offered to move in with friends, and even in that situation they were professional. They helped make the process much easier than I was expecting. Throughout my stay they met all me needs and more.

Whenever I had a problem they were quick to help in any way they could, such as, fixing minor issues in my apartment or guiding me to the right place for service as I was new to the area. They are all great people and exceptionally kind. It saddens me that I am leaving, but if I decide to look for a new place in the area I know Above & Beyond will be the first property managers I will contact.

As a Broker/Owner of Keller Williams Montana Realty I have used A & B Property Management for my own personal needs as well as referred clients/customers to them to manage their properties. These 2 young entrepreneurs and their staff are most professional and provide great service at an affordable price. They do a thorough search of the tenants prior to signing a lease, always notify me promptly of any repairs that need to be taken care of and offer assistance in finding the proper tradesman to do the work. They truly are "Above & Beyond" the norm when it comes to managing property. I highly recommend their services.

As a contractor who does work for many of the property management companies here in Bozeman I would definitely recommend Above and Beyond. The staff are always very pleasant to deal with and very proactive about making sure the properties they manage are taken good care of. Unfortunately this type of forum is often used for disgruntled people to post things without any opportunity to hear the other side of the story.

Most of the time the "other side of the story" is very enlightening. In my position I have been able to interact with both owners and tenants, and it has been my experience that most of the people I have had the pleasure of dealing with are very happy with Above and Beyond.
