Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness They bought the apartment complex where I live. I have tried to contact them via email for a week. No response. Tried to contact the office at my apartment complex no answer. Cant log onto the rentcafe site they insist you pay your rent on. I really want to move elsewhere if this is the type of customer service they have. Ridiculous.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality Poor customer service, especially at the main office. Make sure you take pictures and video if you decide to rent from them, their objective is not to give your deposit back and fix issues that were there before you rented. Never again.

Quick results with professional guidance and experience in selling a family home. Really took the time to appreciate finding the right fit of buyer to seller. Thank you Burton Newcomb for making this less stressful!

The agent we were working with could have been much nicer. We weren't driving a fancy car like she was and were dressed casually. She treated us poorly. She assumed we couldn't afford the property based on how we looked. Little did she know we contacted another company that took over for the home owners and now own the property! Hopefully she learned something and won't judge people because of their appearance in the future.

Albany Realty Company is the best! Great customer service, very knowledgeable realtors, friendly, home town folks, and a proven track record in the Albany area are all reasons to utilize their services! First rate all the way!

I went in today to inquire about a property for lease. The ladies did not speak and was very rude. I felt extremely unwelcome. I gave one of the women $20 key deposit to go and look at the property, she didn't even want me to touch her hand. She also stated very rudely to have the key back in one hour. I'm unsure if it was because my race and the property that I was interested in is in a very high end neighborhood.

However l have serval businesses I could buy the property if I wanted to. I took the key back, and that was that. I will not recommend anyone of color to rent from this company. Also if I could have given this company zero stars I most definitely would have.

Albany Realty has amazing staff, I've rented from them for 4 years and if i have a problem They fix it within hours. They are a great rental company. I love Sabrina that works there. She is an asset to that company.

Very nice people with awesome customer service. They address all concerns with urgency. It's not just a rental company it's a rental family! Mrs. Sabrina even follow up to ensure all issues are resolved.

Am looking for rental properties between the $750-$1000/mo range and they had a couple decent looking ones. The unit itself I looked at seemed well maintained, in a nice area, and fairly priced, but the staff are so rude I decided to look elsewhere. I was talked to condescendingly and felt like I completely ruined their day by trying to do business with them.

I tried to bring an issue I had with a front door using the key they gave me, just as a courtesy to let them know. I was told "Well I guess you don't know how to open doors because it worked fine for me". Absolutely unacceptable. If this is how they treat potential revenue generators, I can't imagine how they treat their tenants.

Too bad you can't give a zero star rating! These people are CROOKS! We paid our lease out 2 month ahead of time and left the house immaculately clean when we moved out of state. We received a letter in the Mail that they would keep the majority of our deposit for "cleaning and repairs." Not to mention that the man that came out to inspect the house after we had moved out was a complete JERK! NEVER EVER TRUST THESE PEOPLE!

Great Realty company! We are a military family moving into town and they worked with us every step of the way. They helped us find exactly what we were looking for. Even when we decided to live on base they were still extremely helpful. I would suggest them to anyone looking for a place.
