I've not enjoyed my experience renting from them. They are slow to get things done and do their best to get out of doing anything at all. Have called me with neighbors noise complaints when I'm not home, but when I call them with complaints they tell me I'm on my own. I have found them to be rude and unprofessional as well. A shame, they could be doing great things. It really is to bad they only care about the money, like the rest of them. Ohh well. When my lease is up ill leave and not look back.

This place seems to just be out to get the application fees. Cause if u don't have 3 times the amount of rent, per month then u are wasting your money and they are getting rich off it. What's wrong with people these days. Why don't they just state on their application, that if u don't have 3 times the amount of rent then don't bother filing out an app.

Cause u will not be accepted. We were looking at a old trailer for 895 a month. Why would if I was making 3 times that amount, would I rent a old trailer if I was making 3 times that amount. I would rent a good place for a1000. This makes no sense to me.

Best rental agency we've rented from! We loved the house, they and the owner worked with us when we asked things of them and when there was an issue with the house they fixed it asap. They even gave us some of our rental money back for the inconvenience, which was 20 minutes of hardly any inconvenience while they fixed a leak and never had a problem with it again.

We sadly had to leave our contract early due to my husbands job moving us again. They completely understood. Though we still had to pay the fee with leaving early, they worked with us to help get someone in there asap, so we wouldn't have to pay while we weren't living there. I don't think a lot of companies would bend over backwards to help like they did.

When we had the moving out clean check they aren't like some rental companies that try to find anything to squeeze money out of you. If we moved back I would rent from them in a heart beat. Thank you for everything!

My fiance and I recently applied with All Pro. We read everything top to bottom before making a signature and handing over money. WARNING! DO NOT APPLY IF YOUR CREDIT IS EVEN SLIGHTLY SHAKEY, THEY WILL DENY EVERY PERSON LISTED ON THE APPLICATION FOR FUTURE CONSIDERATION! They told us our credit can be a factor of denial for the property being applied for and that ALL applications are kept for six months on file for consideration on similar properties.

This is a lie! They sent us a letter, a letter! Not a phone call, telling us that both of our applications are being thrown out. Mind you, I don't have anything on my record. I have never had utilities in my name, I've never rented from anyone other than my parents up until now, so why is my application being tossed out? When we called to ask what is going on and why were we not told it was a possibility for their "business" to deny us any service at all for an eviction that happened 6 years ago that I wasn't involved in, the gal on the phone gave us nothing but attitude. I wouldn't trust them or recommend this company. Go through Main Street Property Management. They are way more up front with you and they are Professional.

They are a horrible company to work with! We had put in an application for an apartment that they told us was $550 so we have them the $50 application fee. The following day I get a call stating it will actually be $595. I informed her I would have to speak with my boyfriend at that point MARCI offered to refund our application fee for she told us the wrong information.

Later that day she said she would keep it at $550 if we still wanted to move into. I informed her we were not going to and that we would like our money refunded. She clearly stated we are not allowed to refund your money back since I'm saying I'll give it to you at this price, and instead of taking owner shift blamed that they aren't caught up on prices for their homes they are renting out that they are just to busy. So unless you want to be yanked around and be lied to I would not work with this agency!

Great to rent from. Yes they care about credit. They want to know you WILL pay, not just that you CAN pay. Unfortunately only dissatisfied customers generally leave reviews on google, regardless of how good a business is. They look for somewhere to complain publicly. All pro is a good place to rent from. Remember that they manage rentals, they don't own them. Sometimes the decision is out of their hands. -Satisfied Tenant

Worst rental company ever. Do not listen to anything they say. My wife and I applied. I specifically told the guy our situation. They found a business rental from 4 years ago on our credit that we can verify as paid off and denied our application. After I tried telling him we have receipts and an equifax credit report that shows it as paid off, he said it did not matter as there was another applicant with more income (more than $3700/month) and a longer duration of employment (my pay has a duration of 9 years, we were even going to pay $5,000 deposit up front above and beyond the initial rent/deposit).

So they were a more favorable situation). So basically they scammed us for the $50 application fee even though they knew everything before they even started the application (except for the business rental as we were unaware it was still on Transunion credit report) even before we applied. Even though we can prove we have been paying more per month in the last 4 years with over 18 years of impeccable residential rental history (that can be proven). Do not trust or give this rental company your money.

I lived at one of the apartments that they manage on the west side of Kalispell. When I was moving in my roommate was already living there and had been since 2012. I was just trying to get added to the lease and it took a month to get the okay from the landlord to move in. It was about another two weeks before they lined up paperwork. They do not hardly communicate with you on this, I didn't know if they had even looked at my application.

About four to six months before I moved in, the living room wall had rotted. They had someone come patch it, but they never re-textured or repainted it, so we had an ugly patch in our wall. In February of 2014 the landlord came and did an inspection. It was not thorough at all, she just opened some cabinets to make sure there wasn't any leaks, flushed the toilet, and turned on the tub and sinks.

As I was present for the inspection I asked if the wall was going to be finished and she asked if I minded if they just redid it when we moved out (Am I really paying for this?). I also mentioned that the shower handle was wonky, seemed like the temperature control was broken, and the problem had started two days or so prior. She said that she would have someone come fix it that week.

Nobody ever showed up, so for about a month and a half to two months we didn't have a shower handle and were adjusting the temperature with pliers. I finally waked to Ace Hardware just down the road, bought the part for about $15 and replaced it myself with some guidance from WikiHow. The lease stated that the term was over after the 30th of June (not very clearly however, as the dates I noticed were all incorrect).

On the 30th I turned in the keys and we were completely moved out. They said that I needed to have the carpets professionally cleaned (clearly in the lease agreement) and that I had to give 30 days notice (ambiguously listed in the lease agreement). They accepted my keys but when I asked for one back since they were locking me into the deal until the end of July now, they said that if I had the carpet cleaners come by they'd check a key out to them.

They didn't give me the key back to the apartment they expect me to pay for! The landlord, to my memory, has only ever returned one of my calls and that was when I was preparing to move in. Even the receptionist at the office talks down to me and gets all huffy and full of attitude any time I've had to talk to her, as if she wanted neither of us there.

It's so bad that I had taken to delivering my rent checks primarily in the evenings, nights and weekends when they're closed. They have really left a sour taste in my mouth, I hope never to have to rent from them again. I would not recommend their services to renters.
