Applewood Village Apartments

Thank you Christy, for all you do. I have loved the 4 years that i have lived and wouldnt move if not for a new job which is 40 min away. The maintenance guys are awesome; gets a good job done and on time. Very safe community that working night shift hasnt been any problem. Hoping on leasing this place in the future.

I lived in this apartment complex for 2 years and only left because I purchased a house nearby. I cannot speak highly enough of Applewood Village. The management genuinely cares about its residents and does everything they can to provide top notch service. Whatever reservation you may have about renting with Applewood, let me tell you that the management companies quality is worth it.

In the rare circumstance that I had to call maintenance, they always resolved the issue withing 24-48 hours. More often than not, things were handled the same day. The property is well maintained, and the area is very nice. Pests are controlled consistently which means bug problems are exceedingly rare and always easily resolved. I routinely went months without seeing a single bug in my apartment.

The location is very convenient. I rarely needed to travel more than 5 miles from home outside of going to work. This complex rapidly fills vacancies when they do become available and it is for good reason. Christy, the property manager, in particular is an absolutely delightful person and the only property manager that I ever had who didn't make me want to scream.

I lived here for 3 years. Oved out 7/2020. Im only giving 3 because Christy is so awesome. I would give her 5 stars. The apartments are infested with bats. Ive mentioned it 2 years in a row and nothing has been done. I could no longer sit on my patio because they would fly out of crevices in the roof and fly in your face and fall on the patio. It was terrifying.

Initially when I first mentioned it in 2018, it wasn't as bad. Its gotten so bad over the years. Im still in contact with some neighbors and it has only gotten worse with nothing being done about it. The last year I was there I also began to see roaches. I had never had a problem before. It is a very quiet neighborhood though and the keep it clean.

My now husband and i lived here for a year and 6 months. We moved in just boyfriend and girlfriend. Got married while living their. I had an amazing time living here. Christy is amazing. Maintenance is quick. Dont really have any thing negative to stay only bad thing is little parking. Especially if you come home late.

I stayed here for a little over 2 years. It is a very quiet and peaceful place! I stayed right in the front where the parking was and the only time I had trouble finding a parking spot is when I came home very late. Although there are people who park WAY TOO CLOSE on purpose, I would still choose this place all over again. The building is close to some homes and the only bad thing I can point out is that you can hear the dogs barking all night long.

But the staff is amazing and sweet! The maintenance staff is also amazing! They get things done in a timely manner! Also, don't be alarmed that this place is close to Cypresswood; it did not flood during Harvey!

This is by far the best experience I've ever had staying in an apartment complex. The employees, specifically referring to Christy and the maintenance staff, are superb. They've both displayed wonderful diligence and overwhelming kindness. If anyone in the North Houston area has ever rented before, they'd understand how surreal this treatment is.

Did not flood! Lived on 1st floor in building 5 no flooding at all not even close. also Christy and Erin are two of the sweetest people I've ever met. They made everything a priority and anytime I had maintenance issues it was resolved same day! The pool was always clean the neighbor's in the area were great I honestly am thinking about coming back as I haven't been able to find anything as great as apple wood as far as price and living conditions and great staff!

These girls make sure the property is always great looking and always doing sweet things for everyone's birthdays and making sure you are happy where you live! Single mom who struggled finding an affordable safe apartment for my kids and this place went above and beyond to give us a safe place with friendly neighbors.

This is a wonderful. well managed, apartment community! The management, Christy and Erin are absolutely the best! They helped me in every way to get moved in and have gone out of their way to make sure I am comfortable. The apartments are adorable, clean, and very affordable. The grounds are kept clean, and the awesome maintenance team will come and fix anything you ask them to, that day.

The community is well lit and gated, and I feel safe walking my dog at 11:00 o'clock at night. Everyone here is friendly and have smiles on their faces. That says a lot to me. This is a safe place to live and centrally located to everything you could want. The pool area is sparkling clean, as well as the on site laundry facility. Glad I moved here!

I have lived here for about 5 months and the apartments are great. I am proud to say that even after all the flooding in the area my apartment has no leaks or flooding and the same with my neighbors. The office staff are always so nice and make sure all work orders and concerns are meant. Not to mention they are always there and always answer the phone which was my main problem at my old complex. The maintenance guys are always helpful and so kind. This is a great family property, if you like a quiet, nice, and caring property then this is for you.

These are great apartments. I've lived here 7 months and just renewed my lease because the staff is great and the complex is nice. There's a work crew that works nonstop to keep things nice, and they're always working to improve the grounds. I've never had any serious problems, but when the stove was being strange they replaced it right away. I have been very impressed with the responsiveness of the staff.

They are friendly and easy going. I've never had any noise problems here, and I feel very safe in this complex. Everyone is friendly and looks out for each other. Very nice complex.
