Just moved out. Had plants in front of my apt. Was charged by Dennis knoll. $540.00 To restore mulch bed back to sod. Went there today. There is no sod. He pulled the plants up. Did nothing else. $540.00 I cleaned that apt had 2 othet people who live there help me clean. We took pictures. It was spotless! He charged me $263.94 for cleaning. He replaced the carpet.
That is how it got dirty. When they did that. I didn't get a check out inspection. What happened to that. I want a account of how he arrived at $540.00. There is no new mulch there and no sod! I want a refund on both!
