This company was owned by Malcolm Barrett, who is now deceased. They only rent slum houses and take ZERO responsibility for their properties. They continue to degrade our neighborhoods with their rentals and disrespect for homeowners. No response from these people regarding requests for help managing their tenants. Let's not forget that tenants have died in their rentals and they are still able to lease and own properties. Wow.
