Beachside Vacations was founded by Vicki Hollingsworth, who purchased Beachside Real Estate in 2001. Formerly the Broker in Charge at Wild Dunes Real Estate, Vicki ventured out on her own to deliver a superior service for homebuyers on the Isle of Palms. She worked with homebuyers directly, designing and decorating their homes prior to being listed as a rental property.

Beachside vacations made a bad experience good. We booked a beachside rental on the Isle of Palms and Hyatt decided to remodel there poolside deck during our stay. We were unable to walk out our back deck and sit by the pool which was one of the things we were really looking forward too. Beachside vacations gave us part of our money back and apologized for Hyatt even though they could do nothing about it. I would definitely use beachside vacations again.

3704 Cameron Blvd, lovely house, pool is ice cold and they refuse to heat it under any circumstance(we offered to pay extra, like other houses in the area with heated pools). Considering we came down with kids, we would have rented another house had we known the pool was not heated. If you want a warm pool, try else where.

We absolutely love this property. We found it to be roomy and clean with many amenities. Because of impending weather, we needed to change our reservation, which was done so without any issues. The lay out of the property was perfect for wheelchair usage. We highly recommend this property and should we vacation in the area again, we would definitely try and reserve it again.

We had a wonderful stay on IOP. The condo was neat and tidy comfortable beds that offered a rest night's sleep. The kitchen was supplied with dish soap & a roll of paper towels and the roses on the toilet paper added a special welcoming touch. Taylor was great to work with and I will chooses Beachside again.

Our condo was clean, very well appointed, and exactly as advertised. Beachside Vacations was easy to work with. Before my trip they emailed me info about the surrounding area, gave dining recommendations, and they sent a list of what was included in my rental unit, and what I needed to pack. Our condo was ready on time. I would rent through them again.

We've been renting for more than 30 years and of all the homes we've stayed in this one tops our list. The house we rented from Beachside Vacations was clean with all needed amenities; the location was fantastic, with the back of the house having an ocean view and the golf cart path right outside the back of the house which was great for a morning walk.
The community of Wild Dunes is really nice, and people were very respectful of keeping their distance. Beachside Vacations was very quick to respond to any inquiries and the company appears to be extremely well run, which is important when you're renting for a week. It is the first house where we didn't have any major issues and had to request a cleaning crew the day we got there. Additionally, Beachside Vacations was very accommodating with our request for extra cleaning and disinfecting of the home before we arrived.

My family has gone to Isle of Palms every spring break for years. This year we tried a new reality company and it was amazing! From the text that our house was ready, keyless entry to the house, beach gear that was delivered and picked up from our doorstep, the gorgeous house and the reminder texts throughout the week checking in and making sure we were doing well, I don't think we'll ever use another reality company. Beachside made it easy and our week was beautiful!
