We have been using BVR for many years they have been easy to deal with every time. My low rating is the price gouging that is taking place for this summer around the eclipse at an extra 175 a night. I'm sure it's not all their fault they don't own all the units they rent but it has soured our love affair with Bend. We will be choosing other places to visit come summer time and in the future.

We came in from Boise and got stranded in a bad snow storm. Bend Vacation Rentals were more than accommodating to assist us with moving reservations aroung. They listened to what we said and met our needs. Even on the weekend as we were heading into to town, we worked with the owner to get a house setup. I would recommend them to anyone needing to rent a house in the Bend area.

Just called them to see if I could get a house for a group of girls for a bachelorette party. The receptionist just said we don't rent to groups like that of any kind. Wow. your customer service is terrible. Wasnt even planning on being at the house that much and needed a place to basically sleep. I guess you can do whatever you want with your business, but dictating what kind of guest you allow over a 15 second phone call is pretty ridiculous.

My family has rented homes from Bend Vacation rentals for years, and each time we've had a wonderful experience! The homes are all very near to downtown Bend which we love. The owners make sure that each house is absolutely clean and well-stocked. On our trip last weekend, the owners even arranged a mtn bike shuttle for us via the bike shop Cog Wild. What an amazing day! Couldn't be better. I look forward to our next trip at Thanksgiving. Michelle

We loved the house we stayed at through Bend Vacation Rentals! It was light, clean, modern, solidly built, quiet and very comfortable. The mattress was super high quality, too - not the kind you find at the average hotel. We felt like we were at a home away from home, which is the whole point of a vacation, right? Absolutely love Michelle and Sandee at Bend Vacation Rentals! Our family was re-locating from Sydney, Australia to Bend, Oregon - without furniture, dishes, pots and pans or even silverware - they set us up in a beautiful house that felt like it was our home away from home. They were helpful and friendly and allowed us to feel like locals in no time. We stayed with them for a long term rental for 18 months. We even used them to house our out of town guests whenever they rolled into town. Always a good experience.
