I do not recommend Bess Realty. Esther Ayuk is a rude person who does not treat you as a customer. I had a lot of issues with Bess Realty regarding the proper maintenance of my apartment. My wife got sick because of the poor maintenance of the air conditioning and of the water system. On the move out, she made the inspection and said she would charge me only a small touch up.
On the following day she made another inspection by herself and charged me $150 for cleaning, being that I left the apartment clean and I have a video to prove that. She always treated my wife as if she were a trash and didn't follow the building guidelines regarding the maintenance. She prejudiced my wife's health and never took responsibility. There were water infiltrations on the apartment, and she still charged us for paint touch up (due to the water infiltration) and for the cleaning (of a clean apartment).
She also tried to charge us for other things that were already on the move in inspection as apartment issues (if we hadn't showed her we would pay even more). It was a horrible experience for someone who rented the property for 5 years always fulfilling his obligations and payments. It was extremely stressful to agree on a move out date with a 30 days notice (as per Georgia's laws).
