Archie has been efficient with managing our property. He managed to renew it at a slight increase. He is courteous and pleasant to deal with.

Good experience with these folks. I have a nice apartment, that has been well maintained. The building is quiet and clean. Snow removal has been wonderful.last winter with all the snow we had, I can honestly say the snow was dealt with immediately. Love the fact that I dont have to walk thru drifted snow past my hips to get to my vehicle. If there are issues with renters, they have been dealt with promptly and quietly by management.

Worst landlords I've every had. Lived there for 8 months. My apartment flooded 3 times due to the sewage system backing up repeatedly, had to move everything to a new place for them to replace carpet. Laundry machines are set to max price, only take quarters, and take multiple cycles to dry. So you'll need $6-7 in quarters every time you want to do laundry.

There's no online payment options, only take checks. If you forget to pay rent they'll send the police to remind you that you're 5 days late, instead of sending an email or calling themselves, they'll then bill you for the unnecessary police visit. Other tenants reported cockroaches, not surprising considering some of them leave their garbage in the hall.

There's no hope of getting your security deposit back since apparently it takes 3-4 hours to dust the cabinets according to the bill. All of my co-workers who have rented from these people have had similar negative experiences, I'd recommend anyone else in town.

Rented a nice apartment, Great kitchen fyi. Fantastic team to work with, flexible and helpful (mom of 3 moving from out of state, it was hectic) Maintenence calls were answered and remedied promptly. Cleaned it well upon move out and got the carpets cleaned, no issues getting my deposit back etc. Thanks guys!

I have been dealing with vijy.ravish@bhomes.com for renting my apartments for years. I must say she has been an excellent agent from Better Homes. Her response has been very fast and we can trust her expert advises for making any decisions as a client.

Pam Johnson is one of the true professionals in the business. She is very knowledgeable and considerate. She can get the job done and is willing to put the time and effort in to complete any task. My company is a tenant in one of the buildings she manages and we are very lucky to have this pleasant, hardworking woman managing the property.

Jennifer was very helpful while I was looking for a place! I was picky on the home I was looking for and she gave me a viewing of every place until we found the perfect one for me! Everyone I talked to there was friendly and helpful. Put the deposit down and signed a lease the same day! Thanks for making my move easy and not stressful

All the kindness goes out the window when it is time to leave. It took over a month to get our deposit back. We were sent a single check for 10.00 claiming we had over paid one month. There were no other checks in the envelope. When we complained, we were essentially called liars because we did not keep the envelope as "proof." So we were charged to stop the checks we "lost" before we were given our deposit back.

Right before Christmas too. I also find it deplorable that you cannot leave reviews on their Facebook page. If Bonnie operated this business in a way that was truly ethical, there should be no problem letting reviews be public. Let the Google rating and the reviews from an old (but not deleted) business page speak for themselves.

Better Homes property management is a very good place to rent from. My wife and I were looking around for an apartment and when we were taken to Better Homes the same day we applied we were able to look at 3 Apartments one two bedroom about 800 square feet or more at a rent price of $565 a month. The same day we applied we were able to sign the lease. Other properties we looked at for other rental agencies were at least 600 or $650. The women there were very kind to my family. Highly recommended.

Very rude, disrespectful, and Unprofessional associates. Multiple times they entered my appartment, without my consent, and never gave me a heads up. Also they don't like to give change, and only accept rent payments in certain forms. In regards to their hours they would open well after, and close well before their established hours. Very interesting how people are suppose to pay their rent that way.
