Staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. Landlords are lazy and passive aggressive. When my basement flooded due to a crack in the wall they refused to fix it and ignored my requests asking them to patch the wall, and I had to clean the mess myself. Before I moved in they left a sink with hazardous biological material in the basement, and i had to request it be removed.
They lied about cleaning the carpets which were full of dog food and smelled of mold when I moved in. They cut down a tree in my front lawn without informing me resulting in mine and my roommates cars almost being hit by the trees falling, and never once apologized or took responsibility. They lied in initial texts before we chose to rent telling us we would have free wifi starting in September which was crucial as we were students and they lied resulting in us not receiving the free wifi (which was a huge selling point for us) until the middle of October.
They are extremely rude and condescending and will charge you for things such as not cutting your lawn twice a week even if it rained and was unsafe to cut it. During the winter they will charge you for not bringing your trash cans in even if they are frozen solid to the sidewalk. If you live with them you will be paying a bunch of money to live in dirty conditions. I wouldnt recommend this company to my worst enemy.
