Still waiting for monies owed to me by an out of country landlord a realtor from this company represents. The owner was clearly told the wrong amount by the realtor, leaving $100 off the payment to me for overpaid rent per a signed addendum. The owner has illegally collected double rent from two tenants for two days at $50 a day and will not pay me the money owed.
I don't care if it's $100 or a million dollars, I'm owed money and would like it back! Realtor, Ruth Carrington will not give me owners contact info or collect my money! And is no longer replying to me.
