Lack of communication, ZERO response to emails, HORRIBLE and RUDE customer service when you finally do have the displeasure to speak to someone. There is an offensive lack of flexibility (or even room for a discussion) even with the best tenants. In summary, do not rent any home/apartment/condo or else that is managed by PRM (which better stands for Problematic Rude Management) unless you want to lose your deposit for returning your rental in a better condition than you received it, being ignored for asking simple question or requesting simple fixes, or feeling like you're not getting P.O.S. service.

My roof leaks every year and they refuse to replace the roof which needs it badly. Garage ceiling had caved in at least 3 times since I've been here. It's leaking again, I let them know a month ago and still no one has come out. They "schedule" an appointment through their app and then don't honor it. When I call the lady is rude and hangs up on me or puts me on hold and never comes back. If I could afford to move, I would in a heart beat. Do not rent with this company, they do not care about their tenants.

We were looking for a place to rent and found a place to rent through them on their website. After explaining the situation (credit messed up by Covid, but fixing it via programs AND never missed rent at current place during covid, so we have excellent rental history and utility history) to the people who took the applications, they took our money to process everything.

After 2 and a half weeks of phone tag, I'm told everything is good to go, just need the final approval from the home owner. 4-5 more days go by with my daily calling, only to be told no manager or owners come in until 2, and if I call after 2 I'm told they either didn't come in at all or maybe they'll be there at 4. After those 4-5 more days, I'm told I'm denied, because they don't want to put me in a situation that I'd have to pick what to pay for, but never actually say what that means.

By myself I make more than double the rent, plus my wife makes 2 times the rent and our friend who wanted to be a roommate makes 2 times the rent. Combined we made almost 7 times the rent. They didn't even give me a chance to talk to someone. So after wasting 3 weeks of our time, we got denied for unclear reasons, without even meeting anyone to talk about anything. Went to Watson Realty and they approved us for a bigger house within 3 days.

Day 1 was turning in applications and viewing property, day 2 was a sit-down interview to explain how covid effected us and what we are doing to fix it, and day 3 was approval. I'd advise everyone to try other places before you go here. The level of professionalism from almost anyone else is significantly higher. Don't waste weeks of your time waiting for someone to decide to go to work or reply to your questions.

Some of the rudest, insensitive staff to date. They send out incompetent maintenance staff to do repairs that aren't repairs at all. And them have to find a guy on my own to fix the plumbing, and washer and still pay the full rent with no complaints until the unit has basically been refurbished entirely. I coukd play it safe and exercise the legalities falling short.

Its the law to have hot running water after all and iam not one to complain until my recent request to fix the washer. again.they are so cut corner.i get it.go cheap and save a dollar.but at the wxpense of having to fix it again soon.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness Make sure to take photos of every little thing that is wrong or they will get your money and more. Also check what comes with the apartments as they will charge you for things you didn't even realize you owned

I honestly don't how know how they have bad reviews about their service. I talked to two girls over the phone talking about one of their properties i'm interested in. They were EXTREMELY polite! I had a few questions regarding their property and they answered them all politely. I'm just guessing that maybe the other reviewers caught them on a bad day? Either way i highly recommend them! They treated me w respect and we're very nice!

They ignored our fire hazard complaints for years, removed our gutters without notification and had people hop onto our porch while we were asleep in our bedrooms (talk about one hell of a creepy wake up call), we currently have squatters in our parking lot and the woman I talked to on the phone said it wasn't their responsibility rather the local police department's job to remove them. 100% unprofessional and useless.

I've rented from them and when I moved in the place was not clean. Carpet has stains and I even mentioned in the checklist. When I left the place it was 10 times cleaner than when I moved in. They took partial of my deposit knowing that the place did not need any cleaning. They call it a general cleaning fee. Once they get your money they are in control.

My unit has mouse droppings in the drawers and cupboards, all the shelves are dusty and dirty, the exterior is absolutely filthy, my water heater had to be replaced, and my AC was turned off upon moving in. I spent 2 weeks without hot water, my first few nights without AC, and I'm left to clean all of the mouse droppings after finally getting fed up with having to leave my dishes in the dishwasher or on the counters. I cannot believe how little they care about how much I've had to deal with since moving in. Never rent from them out of principle

Never will rent from them again! I let them know I had a roach problem. I was informed that they were responsible for sending someone out to spray for bugs. No one ever came. I called about 2x a week for 2 weeks, 3rd week, I called daily. Each call, they assured me THEY would send someone and it would be covered by them. My very last call about it, I said "I have a baby in my home, i don't want roaches all over.

A few people have told me someone will come out and nobody has come 3 weeks later" and made a point that this was extremely important to me. The lady then said something along the lines of "if you truly care about your daughter, you Would've taken care of it by now rather than keep calling us". I was so mad! This was my first apartment as a young adult, and I made sure to ask on my first call if it was covered by them or me, in order to be sure what to expect. So not only did nobody ever come, but I was insulted as a parent. I understand companies get busy, fall behind, and I can be patient, but this was NOT ok.

You should have an attorney before renting from them. My family has lived in a home for over three years the week before school starts they give us a 30 day notice because the property sold. They did not serve us the correct way but I do not have the time to fight it. HORRIBLE OWNER! Contacted him to see if I could get the deposit back since it sold as a short sale "as is" said they would need to do a walk through first.

The new owners bought as is so why I would not get my deposit back is absurd. The company has NO VALUES. Never fixed problems when I called. I do not ever leave a review on anyone but if I can save one person from renting from them it will be worth it. ALL OF THE EMPLOYEES ARE RUDE must be the ethics the owner has set. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM WITHOUT A LAWYER! Everyone with a problem should report it to BBB, I am going to.
