Campus Properties

Before moving in to our rented property we were told it would be cleaned. Upon moving in the place was absolutely disgusting. We were missing a bathroom door, a ceiling fan, and a few of the doorknobs were about to fall out of their doors. Since then we have lived here for about 9 months and some of these issues STILL have yet to be fixed even when we ask.

On top of this we are constantly harassed by campus properties about leaving chairs and coolers outside which they threaten to throw away and in some instances have already thrown in the garbage. We have also been threatened with fines for things completely out of our control. For example our house was TPed one night without our knowledge and immediately the next morning campus properties three red to fine us if it was not clean within the next few hours.

Also our front yard grass which is supposed to be cut at least once every couple weeks has not been cut in nearly 3 MONTHS. Campus Properties does not care AT ALL about their tenants and have made this experience a living hell by trying to squeeze any money they can out of you. If you are a normal human being just trying to find a place to live during ur time here at UA, DO NOT USE CAMPUS PROPERTIES

Quick, Friendly, I Was Approved The Next Day. Got A Two Bedroom - Two Bathroom Right Near Both My Jobs. They Really Are Helpful In What You're Looking For. I Recommend Them For All Young Adults Who Want Their Own Spot.

Great people! Always willing to work with you, timely and responsive. Just make sure you read ur lease in regards to parking during home games! But 10/10 would recommend

Awful service, filthy properties which are disgustingly overpriced, and owners who look for any excuse to squeeze extra money out of ur pocket. from the first day we moved the house was so dirty it was almost unlivable and that was after paying a 500$ Per person cleaning fee. Doorknobs were hanging off, the floors turn ur feet black because they have never been cleaned, and we were missing multiple doors. Save urself the trouble there are way other companies with way better prices and owners.

Worst realtor company ever. Front office does not respond at times. They are not helpful in any way and I have had multiple encounters where they yell at me over the phone. I would not recommend signing a lease with them.

Horrible service and when I say horrible, I mean terrible. The owner and wife do not care about the tenants at all. I live in one of their new properties and I would recommend never signing a lease with them. First day I moved in there were many problems that were already there, floor was disgusting, fans didn't work, etc. The realtor does not respond to any messages and you have to follow up multiple times to get a response. Do not recommend signing with them.

By FAR the best leasing agency in Tuscaloosa. Fantastic and reliable management. Very professional and fair. Quick and thorough maintence. I would most definitely reccomend leasing from CP over other agencies ( Weaver, Rumsey)

You should look somewhere else for a rental unit.the maintenance service is horrible and when you terminate your lease your deposit WILL be retained by Campus.
