Sheri Rodda at Capitol Oaks Real Estate is a gem! My currently out-of-state family members wanted to rent a house with very specific special needs, and Sheri went out of her way to find exactly what they were looking for. Not only did she manage to find the perfect house with all of their specifications, she found one that met needs they hadn't realized yet - in the very first home she showed us.
She did not waste our time with inappropriate selections. She did not try to sell us on something that we did not want. Not only that, but she has gone out of her way to make the contract signing and agreements work long-distance for the convenience of my family. Thanks to her, my handicapped father-in-law will be able to enjoy time with his granddaughter without worry or stress in the new perfect home. I could not be more pleased or more grateful for all of her work and help.

This was the best real estate agency I have ever worked with. Rick, Sheri and Patty were phenomenal, and some of the most honest and professional realtors we've ever dealt with (and we have dealt with many). First, when we interviewed agents to list our place, they were "spot-on" with relevant comps (looking not just as our model plan but other similar ones) and continued to keep up-to-date with comps - so the final price was adjusted up based on a very recent comp.
As part of their already low fee, they put down new bark in the entire yard, trimmed all the bushes, weeded, and provided weekly landscaping for FREE until the property sold. Patty staged the place on the inside for FREE, and they made had someone look at the house and roof to know what were in for before the property sold. Once sold, Rick helped move the washer, dryer and refrigerator to the garage in a manner to not damage the wood floors, and would help cart off unwanted large items to Goodwill.
They even came on the last day to help clean the place for the new owners. Sheri worked with the title company to remove errors before the signing. The level of service and professionalism goes well beyond any realtor and we highly recommend them to anyone seller their home in Sun City.
