We had the pleasure of working with Noune Karapetian for the purchase of our single family home. We first met Noune at an open house and felt an immediate connection with her - she was so nice and welcoming! Without any hesitation, we accepted her offer to meet her at her office the following day. During this visit, she explained to us the whole process of buying a home.

We spent several months working with Steve looking for our first house. He was wonderful, very helpful, open to showing us lots of properties, answering our questions, and not putting any pressure on us to make a decision. We found our house, and Steve and his team helped us through the difficult process of securing financing and closing - without any hiccups!
