We enlisted Marsha to buy and sell some acreage. First we worked to negotiate the price on some acreage we were interested in. within 24 hrs, we had completed negotiations and signed a contract. Next was the sale of some acreage we currently owned. We never even got a chance to see the sign placed out front or the listing anywhere on the web because it was sold so fast.
