All I can say is that out of an accidental text to the wrong contact, I got a very negative response from one of the agents. I sent a text to the wrong contact on my phone. I left it alone until I realized the contact I had sent was to one of your agents. A few days later, he texted again and was belligerent towards me and I can provide the messages.

It is a shame I was just about to get into the market to search for a house, but if I have the chance of running into this guy as my agent I think I will pass. Very unprofessional for a realtor to be sending me drunk angry texts at night. I will reconsider if something is done about this but as of right now I would rather go to a different company.

Chris Roper is the most passionate and professional Realestate agent I've had the pleasure of working alongside. Chris is extremely selfless, tenacious and extremely thorough and I would recommend him ten thousand times over again for any ones home buying experience! Chris was there when urgency was dire to act quickly and secure my dream home without hesitation from showing to signing.

It was a pleasure to discuss my instincts with him, not having a single bit of home buying experience myself i could trust that we made a great team and he valued my dream. Selling my home through, Sandy and larry! Stay tuned I will let you know how it goes. They are wonderful and very knowledgeable. So far 5! 10-5-21. UPDATE . I REALLY EXPECTED WHAT I WAS PROMISED! I know that nobody can promise to sell a house for sure, but the aggressive style they promised did not pan out. There's no flyers with info and pics at the sign, not everyone wants to do everything online.

We were told people were lined up waiting for it to go on the mkt, and that's why we signed. They have not brought anyone to a showing. Very dissappointed. Glad I only signed for 6 mo.its been 5

Initally we had put the house on the market as a for sale by owner. Talking about a waste of time. We then reached out to Chris Roper and he was very patient with me and my husband. Finally after a lot of minor changes we went live and boom.next thing I know we were getting multiple offers. Chris is a great guy even beyond his passion for the real estate industry. We were extremely pleased with how he communicated with us and how he responded with questions and such. He will definately be our go from now on.

Really great experience with my broker - Leslie McIntosh. I was lucky that they assigned me to her, as I did not know her in advance, but she proved to have great communication skills and a high level log professionalism. I really appreciated her attention to detail. I was an "out of state" seller, and it still went smooth as silk. I also loved getting $15k above asking price! Go with Leslie, and you will be very happy you did. VictorB

Critical: Professionalism I was contacted via unsolicited text by a representative at Sweyer asking me if I was interested in selling property at a location I never even owned by pulling up old tax records from nearly 10 years ago. Extremely unprofessional and harassing.

Kelly Willis was an utter let down. This person, in my opinion, utterly disrespected both my time and the time of my realtor as well as misrepresenting the move out condition of the home. His flippant comments about the cost of replacement materials without any context to the cost of labor involved made him seem, to me, to be utterly inept and disconnected.

It's obvious that he doesn't respect nearly $200k cash transactions, I'd ask myself what else he doesn't respect. If you are selling something expensive and he doesn't represent smaller properties well or accurately I'd ask myself what he'd do to sell something more valuable and what corners might be cut. This has to be the most deceptive, disrespectful, and misleading realtor I've ever met with.

Please be aware that if you buy something that was previously rented by his agency, that he made sure that my realtor was communicated a move out policy that wasn't on the rental agency's move out form. Try not to deal with dishonest people. His ratings are high based on sellers. Try being a buyer of his at your own peril.

Can you say DISASTER? Ask for maintenance or repair & they will tell you that you have to be home. You take the day off from work and they don't show up. This happened many times. This is their way of forcing you to stop asking for repairs. They don't do anything they are supposed to do automatically or anything that the lease promises to do unless you ask first and then they will take months and months to do it only after you asked 10 times.

They will lie to you with every word they speak. Their best renter will be someone they can push around. They intimidate renters into doing maintenance that they law does not permit. I could go on and on. Just a disaster.

Century 21 Sweyer & Assoc. are COWARDS! They did not EVER come to fix my weatherstripping around my door, that I put in many maintenance orders for, my neighbors fight every other week and have the police at their residence (also a Century 21 property). I made several attempts to contact my property manager (Cheri King) and finally got fed up without a response, and I finally went to the office.

I saw her walk out from the back as I was waiting in front of the secretary, then the secretary turned around to me and said she was "out at a call". Are you serious? I JUST saw her. I have paid my rent every month religiously and paid to have lawn care come here, I have had to buy a steam cleaner to clean the "carpets" which there are holes in the floorboards and the carpets haven't been replaced since 1972. DO NOT RENT! Especially 114 Horn Rd!

Do NOT use this company. Trying to get a hold of their office as a homeowner is an absolute JOKE. Last week called on Friday concerning my tenants - they returned my call on Wednesday.yeah they care. They treat home owners like DIRT. Once they have your rental you are meaningless and just a number to be charged. They LOVE their vendors. Don't expect to get your full monthly cut.

They have no interest in you as a property owner. You are a burden and you will be treated with attitude when you are actually gifted with the chance to speak with an employee.
