Working with Beverly has been an absolutely amazing experience. We live out of town and are trying to work while buying a home in Mansfield. Our agent showed us a home listed by this agency and who accepted an offer verbally on our behalf with the understanding that we would be able to see the home in person within 24 hours before buying the property. As we were preparing to leave, we received word that they had accepted another offer on the house! In this business particularly, your word is your bond. Unethical!
