Jacqui Knowles was amazing from the first time I met her as she listened to what type of house I wanted and my financial limits when I purchased my home. Then she continued to answer any questions for the four years I owned it. Finally she sold it with the up most integrity.

I did not deal personally with Coldwell Banker but through my RE agent Mrs., Annette Armstrong. This was the second RE property deal she completed for me, both to satisfaction. I observed Mrs. Armstrong is professional, knowledgeable, sharp and friendly. She kept me informed of all the details during the process by e mail, text and/or telephone calls. I will definitely hire her to work for me on my next Real State purchase or sale

Donovaun Horne was absolutely delightful to work with. I had a home in northwest Gainesville I have owned for 29 years. Some personal and professional changes in my life made me decide that all good things must come to and end. I met with Donovaun this summer and we had a great conversation. I needed some time to make improvements in the home before it went to market.

However I am definitely not good with design. Donovaun was very patient and willing to take 3 months getting the house prepared for market. He helped me find painters. Pick out colors. Find carpet people. Pick out colors. We talked awhile about granite countertops and backsplash. After some deliberation we decided to go for it. The end product was amazing.

He even went to Lowe's with me and helped pick out ceiling fans and found a handyman to take care of much needed repairs. After the home went on the market he was amazing helping navigate the sale. There were a few unexpected twists from some unreasonable buyers, however it all ended well with a bid and contract over listing price I cannot begin to say enough about Donovaun.

His professional work is the best I have ever encountered. Time and time again he went the extra mile for me. Much of the work was done while I was out of state and he acted as my eyes. If I ever come back to Florida I would make my first call to him. He's amazing!

I worked with Dawne Nuri and she was amazing! I attempted to get assistance from 2 realtors before her and they made me feel like more of a bother than anything. One day I decided to call a listing on my own and they connected me to Dawne and I'm so thankful that they did. I needed help obtaining land for a land home package. I asked if she could write up a contract and she did and offered me a discount on the commission because there was no work involved.
