College Town Commons was good. It is nice for someone who wants a small place to live. Zoe was nice. She worked there in the office.

I loved living here. Zoe was always a pleasure to talk to and maintenance was always on top of everything whenever we needed repairs. The 3 bedroom apartments are spacious and nice to live in. I also loved that there was enough parking here.

Though property is a bit old, it has great management. Zoe, the property manager, is super friendly and maintenance is quick. The maintenance guy Juan is very fast. My kitchen sink had a leak and Juan came the same day we called Zoe about it. Monthly rent rate is competitive; probably lowest in Davis. Recommended
