15 Better Business Bureau Complaints Save yourself the anguish of dealing with this 'Nest of Karens' - Paying for their grandkids college with the money they collect, while doing NOTHING for their residents and the properties they "claim" to manage. FAKE People, Fake Conversations, Fake Work Ethic. CLEARLY from the other reviews and responses, they're doing an excellent job of blasting people's personal situations on their business page, that have obviously been taken up with the corporation privately.

Real class act organization! Snarky comments and "can't be bothered" attitudes are expected when approaching these people. It's working wonders for solving problems effectively and agreeably. Gold Star & Applause all around Clean up your house and polish up on your approach. Being unpleasant with your residents and blame shifting seems rampant in your office and it's consistently showing in your company's reviews.

The people are saying - stop being pedestal witches and change your words/attitudes when addressing the hands that feed you. Your work is in customer service and property management. It's not Vanity Fair. Shape up! (This has been a response to the comment that was left for a one star, and wordless, review. Thank you, once again, for opening the door of opportunity to expose the deceitful and unprofessional practices we can expect when conducting business with your corporation.

As Ashley stated, these conversations SHOULD BE had with the homeowner, ONLY, and in a private setting. Not in a self-righteous reply to a one star review. As time shows, this comment is left in reply to the owners response, to the silent review. Shame on you!)

Problems with the communications between the maintenance. Now the site manager in our complex is awesome.

I currently have a house through these guys. for the price that I'm paying you would think that their staff would be better. I'm renting a brand new build and this is the 3rd time that I've had to call about the AC not working. Not to mention The hot water heater leaking, and me calling because there is a leak in the sprinkler system and no one getting back to me. This company is a joke. DO NOT RENT HERE! I would not normally care, but I have a pregnant wife and 2 kids under 4

If I could give it 0 stars I would. The most disrespectful group of people I have ever had to deal with. Never been talked to in such a degrading manner. Gateway North Apartments would be so wonderful if they weren't under this company.

We live in the Fossil Ridge Apartments in Windsor. DO NOT MAKE OUR MISTAKE and ignore the red flags! The original office staff when we applied for the apartment was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Ashley, the leasing agent did not know anything about the apartments, complained about having to show us multiple units and ate Taco Bell while we were signing paperwork.

The price ($200 off/month promo) and location were great, so we signed a lease in March 2021. Ashley told us to mention the promo at our renewal and they would honor for the next year. We didn't even try because it's not worth even the promo price. But considering everyone in our building has moved out in the last month, I'm guessing the promo ended and everyone realized this place is not worth it.

I HAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH A MASS EXODUS - multiple moving trucks every weekend. We have had issues with: The AC NOT WORKING for a week in the summer. Two different washer/dryer combos that they rented us broke and took weeks to fix. PEST PROBLEM - killing 3-4 crickets and spiders every day in the summer. ICE AND SNOW INSIDE our front door, hinges frozen and the door was stuck. Astronomical heating/cooling bills because every window and door has a draft.

The walls are literally cracking. Empty promises from office staff and maintenance crew about repairs and no shows for appointments. SELF PROCLAIMED COMMUNICATION ISSUES - everybody blaming someone else. They accuse each other of lying and not communicating. An OUTSIDE VENDOR was given a key fob to the complex and the wrong apartment number, so without knocking he just UNLOCKED MY FRONT DOOR AND WALKED IN WHILE I WAS HOME. NO PARKING after 9pm.

Not even in another parking lot at another building. You are forced to park your car on the road in the bike lane and then move it before the parking tickets are written around 8am every morning. The entire staff has been turned over in a year. When we have communicated our frustration over our experience, the NEW STAFF LAUGHS ABOUT HOW BAD THE BUILDINGS ARE and that we live in "THE CURSED UNITS ACROSS THE STREET." They told us it was only a matter of time before we lost our electricity due to a malfunction.

Vintage corporation (Gateway North Apartments Firestone, CO) charged me almost $2000 for unnecessary carpet replacement, which is completely unreasonable. I confirmed with other comparible apartments in the area and they charge their tenants $800-$1000 less than this corporation. The grounds are constantly covered in dog feces. The pool was out of service for half of the summer in the year that I lived there.

My neighbors across the hall smoked cigarettes in their apartment, and the smell carried into my apartment. This neighbor also had people coming and going at all hours of the day, they were not quiet. Every so often the police would come by and knock on his door for an hour or so. I did not feel completely safe here. I was often woken up in the middle of the night by tenants yelling loudly in the parking lot or in their apartment.

I witness several hit and runs in the parking lot while I was there. Seemed like the police were there daily. I rarely had visitor because the parking restrictions are so terrible; two friends had their cars booted and I had my car booted once for accidentaly parking outside overnight instead of my garage. It's $150 to get the boot removed. The office/company had zero compassion, and did not reimburse my money.

I moved into this complex out of necessity, but once I realized what a greedy corporation it is, I made swift plans to find another living space. I will definitly do my homework ahead of time if I should ever rent another apartment. But it will NEVER NEVER NEVER be with this company. Worst experience ever.

Terrible place to live with horrible owners. They will take everything from the security deposit even though the place was cleaner moving out than it was when you moved in. They enter without notice or even knocking at times, ridiculous. They need to to give at least a little notice, it isn't fair to people. If you are not there they will just straight up enter without consent. Cameras don't lie though.

When you are moving out prepare for many people to view your apartment before you leave. They will show it with or without you there and at times on extremely short if any notice. During a time when covid is raging I would rather not have a bunch of random people going through every room of where I live. They do not seem to care about you or your safety and that is made clear by their actions

I haven't lived in these properties but I did want to give a thanks to the office workers. I came in about to have a melt down because I was getting betrayed by who I co-signed for and they truly helped me out while still being truthful to the contract and company policies. I've heard horror stories about property managers so I came in incredibly worried but I left with a big part of the weight on my shoulders lifted. I just wanted to let people know that they work with you as well as they can. And also to not co-sign for POS humans.

We just renewed our contract for another year. As far as we think, it is a good company. They assist us right away with any maintenance issues. The only reason we are giving 4 stars is because the front desk receptionist seems. I don't know.a little rude. I have gone 3 different times in person and those 3 times the receptionist seemed rude and lacking some courtesy.

Maybe she had a bad day or something. I don't know. It just seemed like she was bothered to be helping a customer. I can understand a one time incident.but all 3 different times I came in. Nope. By the way. Kayla is amazing!

Vintage is just the worst plain and simple. Absolutely criminal for the minimal effort they put into repairs while you live there but will charge you the absolute most after you move out. I lived there for 3 years and not only did they take my deposit but also charged me for a full carpet renovation on a "high quality" carpet. The carpet was not high quality yet they charged the highest price for it.

They also charged us for every single item they could including burnt out lightbulbs and many other things. Beside that the office is incredibly rude, will try and make you feel stupid just for questioning them and threaten their attorneys if you mention what they're doing is wrong. Pretty much you have to leave the place as if you never lived there, wear and tear does not apply to them. I hope someday they'll get taken out of business by a lawsuit.

Staff & maintenance are extremely rude & not helpful at all. Maintenance uses temporary fixes for repairs. The property is dirty & cars are often broken into with no action being taken by the staff/management. You leave the apartment spotless when moving out & they still try to charge you for "cleaning services." I recommend staying clear of Vintage Corporation.

Vintage is the worst property management company I have ever experienced. They are sleezy, unprofessional, and will do everything they can to make their tenants lives miserable; all to make a couple extra bucks. Service wise: They refused to fix some electrical issues in our apartment for over a year and they ignored our requests to fix a drafty window in our bedroom.

Another tenant experienced similar issues as well. From a professional standpoint: They entered out apartment with no notice whatsoever and refused to provide identification or leave when we told them to. We filed a police report for this and then went out of town for a few days. When we came back we had a "noise complaint" notice. This was very clearly retaliation for us filing an official report for their illegal actions.

They also gave us notices for having plants on our patio, claiming they were not allowed. When we moved out they refused to give us our deposit and tried to charge us extra for pre-existing damage that was clearly documented. My assumption is they were hoping we would not fight it and they could make some extra money. We had to start the process of a lawsuit to get our money back.

All of this was done as late as possible in accordance to the law. Overall, Vintage I have had a horrible experience with Vintage and would highly recommend you rent from anyone else. It will be hard to find anyone worse than them. Editing to respond to their reply: That is pretty convenient that you don't have record of our calls with management to discuss your entry; especially since we have a voicemail of them calling us and apologizing after the fact. Regardless, when members of your company enter not only our apartment but also the bedroom where my wife is sleeping unannounced and refuse to leave when asked is completely unacceptable.

It will be nice for other people to understand your stance on that subject. Please read what I actually wrote instead of trying to change what I said. I did not say we filed a lawsuit, I said we started the process, which you know very well. Also, I like how you did not respond to any of the other issues we had. I think that speaks for itself.

Steer clear if you're disabled. Their complexes have no assigned parking, garage assignments that are too far for most disabled people to walk from and no way a handicap van will fit. No limits on cars and parking lots so overcrowded residents must line the streets outside the complex to park. Even the mailbox parking is always full of residents unless you go during the day.

No assigned parking for disabled people. No return phone calls from management about complaints. The apartments themselves are very clean and nicely appointed but floors walls and ceilings are painfully thin to the point you can hear neighbors closing cabinets, doors and walking around above you. Even toilet flushes are noisy and piping goes straight down the bedroom walls. Dog poop boxes outside the walkways so when you open your door, all you smell is dog crap. Do NOT move here if you're disabled. You've been warned.

We rented a nice apartment from the company, management was very friendly at the apartment building. They did try to over charge us after we moved out and I'm disappointed at the things the manager had listed after telling me what we did not need to worry about. I was able to get it resolved with Lupe who was pretty easy to deal with. They still got more out of us then they should have but it's to be expected from all the rental companies around Greeley.

The receptionist at the corporate building is by far the rudest employee I have ever had to deal with. She must really hate her job, I dread having to deal with her! Last time I asked for a receipt she quickly wrote it out ( I caught her at a busy time) and then tossed it up at the counter. She is never helpful or friendly in anyway. Shame on the company for allowing her to treat people this way let alone customers!

1 star is 1 too many for this company. Not only do they lack customer service skills, they lack integrity as well. Lupe can't keep her lies straight. Each time I spoke with her about getting our deposit back she had a new reason why it hadn't been mailed out yet. I even have a message from her stating our money was going to be sent out by a specific day and she tried to tell me she never gave me a date.

Three weeks later and I still don't have the $1000 they owe me. Lindsey, the girl that always answers the phone, is a rude, disrespectful little girl. They should invest more money for quality employees. Perhaps those that are over the age of 18 and do not work for minimum-wage. This is my first time dealing with a property management company; as I've always owned my homes and I needed a temporary place to stay in between selling and buying my home out-of-state.

This experience left an extremely bad taste in my mouth. I would never recommend these folks to anybody. It's ridiculous to have to call someone 5+ times to get the money back that you are rightfully owed. The Inspection of my move out was immaculate and I am due 100% of my deposit. However, I have yet to received it. Being straightforward with why I haven't received it would be one thing; but to be given the runaround and a bunch of lies is unacceptable

Coming from another property mgmt company, I am so relieved to be with Vintage. They are smart, respectful, amazingly knowledgeable of the many owners in our association, current on Colorado law, and are accessible. No, I am not related to them. I actually would like to work for them.

I love where I live! The place is new and very nice. The people that work for Vintage are very unfriendly. Not the place to go if you want a good environment. They have a sign on their front desk that stats " If you cant be nice go away." This describes their attitude very much. THEY lost my paperwork 3 times but I received letters in the mail making it my fault and giving me a time limit to when I had to complete the paper work AGAIN. Just a very bad environment. Unfortunately there is a need for rentals in Greeley so they can treat their customers however they please.
