We had the pleasure of having Mr. John Lombardi help to sell our house. He is amazing! He made the entire process of selling our house, easy and painless! Our situation was complicated by the fact that we had five independent owners; but everything was handled smoothly and professionally. Several times, Mr. Lombardi stepped in when challenges. arose and went above and beyond his responsibilities to assist in solving the problems.

His knowledge of the geographic area as well as the various companies that we needed to ready the house for sale was invaluable! I recommend him highly and without reservation.

About 6 years ago I put my home up for sale. Anthony Reardon had my home sold at a very good price in a matter of a few short weeks. Sadly, my buying end was a short sale and it never came to be. I promised Anthony when I was ready I would stay loyal though Low and behold we decided to go ahead and move now on out to Long Island. As promised I. called Anthony and put my home up for sale, my home is in contract now with a very nice guy and what seems like a solid contract.

To my understanding he is in the business full time roughly 37 years. I don't just consider him my agent but I also consider him a friend now. If you want your home sold in a timely fashion with someone who will give it his 'all' I highly recommend him, he's a class act and knows the business to say the very least. My wife and I are very happy with all the work he's done to make this happen a 2nd time! I would recommend him to anyone. Thomas Szotak

Ask for Julie Anne. I recently was looking for an apt. I had contacted various real estate agencies and she was only one that called and set up appointments. Very professional and nice. Tell her what your looking for and she will only show you want you would be interested in. Trust me, you won't be disappointed

I agree with previous poster. Barbara is HORRIBLE. She would take us to places and then when we said we liked it, she would say - Oh you don't make enough. SO WHY DID YOU WASTE OUR TIME SHOWING US THE PLACE?! She then tried to pressure us to take a dump because 'the landlord isn't as strict about income'. Compounded was the fact that the last time we went out with her - she brought us back to that place we couldn't afford! Skip her if you can! There are PLENTY of agents who are professional and considerate around.

ACK! STAY AWAY! I had a horrific experience with Barbara Crifasi. DO NOT RENT WITH THIS WOMAN. Not only did she trap me in her car and guilt trip me into staying with her as she drove me around greenpoint to the sketchiest possible apartments (one with roach carcasses lying everywhere, one of which had a SUPER RACIST landlord, etc. etc.) but she would get personally offended when my roommate and i politely said that we were not interested in the apartment.

When we finally found a place with her that seemed reasonable, she was super shady. She had us submit an application and give her all of our personal financial information before disclosing that the landlord wanted a rider on the lease that specified that we could (collectively) only have one "male overnight guest" per month. I kid you not. THEN, when we balked at this caveat, she refused to give us back our paperwork!

She insisted she had to keep all of our economic information for her records, even though WE HAD NOT DONE A DEAL WITH HER. This woman is insane. I was new to Brooklyn, very inexperienced with real estate, or I would never have gone as far as I did with her-- The only reason to visit Crifasi is to take in the insanity that is Barbara. A real "character." Somebody should do a doc on this woman. Just don't trust her to find you a good apartment. Or really, with anything.
