Dauphin Island Beach Rentals

Horrible rental company. Phones always go to answering machine, they may call you back they may not. When you do talk to them, they offer little service. They use old pictures in their ads and conceal broken and damaged items in the home. Broken lights, dirty fans and tubs, no sheets on one bed, broken dishwasher and grill. Deck rotten and dangerous.

Wire hanging everywhere under home. When we talked about repair I was told they knew of the problem 2 years ago, but haven't had time to fix it because they didn't want to shut the rental down for repairs DO NOT RENT 102 RAPHEAL DR, it is a mess.

The house we stayed in is badly in need of attention! Multiple things wrong and not kept up. Like broken door handles. Busted out lights and missing light bulbs. Dishwasher not attached to counter and hard to use. A lot of those things are cosmetic, but still expected when you are spending 5k to stay somewhere for a week. The worst and biggest issue there was the deck!

Complete safety issue! Myself and others literally stepped on boards that went through around the pool. I've injured my ankle that I'm now may have to go to the doctor to get checked out and spend more money after my vacation! One of their employees that upkeeps the pool stopped by and said they are fully aware of condition of deck. My father in law started calling the office the day after we arrived and got no response till he finally went down to the office days later.

It's obvious they don't want to fix it because it stays rented by outdated pictures shown to advertise. Not ok that you care that much about revenue and that little about safety of your guests! The place needs to be shut down and repaired before renting out! The beach is very nice and not crowded if that is what you are looking for and there are a lot of nice looking houses as well. I would recommend the beach just not this rental company!

Beware when booking. Pricing change every day going up and down. I tried to book a house, and depending on the day it would cost up to $10 more a night. Also, good luck trying to get responses from them and even getting a callback. I have been trying all morning to get in touch with a human on the phone and all I get is a voice message. Terrible way to manage a business.

This beach rental was a home away from home, the view was amazing, the beach was great. It was so relaxing, the house was clean and decorated with beach themes in it. The beach house had all the cooking items you would need, pots, pans, dishes, silver ware, plates, cups, glasses and also beach towels. What a great vacation. We rented the WAVE LOUDEST beach house for a week.

A carefree experience. The check-in process was very easy. Dauphin Surf Club B12 was clean, relaxing, and a delight to stay. Recommend to couples or families.

We had a great time at Saltaire! Easy check-in and check-out, loved the decor and amenities, house was clean, location was perfect! We have rented at other locations (OBX) with other companies and this process was a million times easier! The views were spectacular and we would definitely rent with DIBR again if we are lucky enough to have time to visit Dauphin Island again.

We rented Blessed at the Beach and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house has almost everything you need for families and decent size groups. The pool and spa were the hit of the week for the kids and grandkids. We had an issue with the internet when we arrived and DI Beach Rentals had a technician out first thing on Monday to correct the problem. They were very responsive to any service/information requests and are very customer satisfaction focused.

We stayed at West End Girl in April 2022. We had a wonderful time and the property was awesome! We have a big group and it was super comfortable. Plenty of chair/couch space, comfortable beds and beautifully decorated.

The house we stayed at, Sun Spot, is beautiful! Perfect for our family vacation with 3 teenagers, us (parents), and grandparents. Everything was clean and as described, and actually exceeded our expectations! This amazing spot is right on the water, so it felt like we had our own private beach. Stop at Walmart in Mobile on your way down to get a few groceries, but you will find many amazing restaurants on Dauphin Island. We highly recommend Dauphin Island Beach Rentals and this house. Great overall rental company any property. The level of communication and the quality of the rental was exactly what a renter would want during their stay.

The property we rented was amazing ( Double Down) clean, spacious and wonderful views. DI rentals was the best. so friendly and helpful. I called a few times and they where just the best people to talk to. would highly recommend booking through them and one of their properties!

We had a wonderful time when we rented from Dauphin Island Beach Rentals. We rented Ohana and the home was perfect for us. The views were incredible and the place was spotless. DIBR were super responsive and great with communication and I would totally recommend using them on your vacation to the island.

We stayed at the Surf Shack - a little one-bedroom beauty in the center of the island. It's perfect for two people, well renovated and thoughtfully decorated and equipped. The management were very accommodating (I had a mix up about check out days!) and responsive. Dauphin Island is a real find - great beaches, incredible seafood, not commercialized and overdone. There's a lot to discover.

Best management company I have rented from. We had a few issues (not their fault) and they did everything possible and then some to make our stay great. They were kind, thoughtful and very responsive. The house was clean and as advertised. No crazy pics that make it look better than it is. The house was as good or better than we expected. My wife and I are considering buying a vacation home and are considering Dauphin Island in part because we know good management companies are hard to find and it would be a blessing to know our home was being taken care of by such a great group. Amazing job Adam and team.

I stayed at a beach house called the Waters Edge. And it was great. It was fully stocked with any type of utensil or kitchen appliance you could think of. It has a washer and dryer. There are two full bathrooms and they also were stocked up with plenty of towels, wash rags and even bath mats. There were four bedrooms each had a queen-size bed except for one and it had a king.

Each room had at least two extra sets of sheets, pillows, pillowcases and blankets. And each room also had a TV with cable. it is a very clean house and the owner was kind enough to label certain things that you might not realize for example the dishwasher needed to be closed and locked a certain way for it to run and she made a label on the dishwasher for that.

There were certain plates and bowls that could not be washed in the dishwasher and she made a label for that. Just certain little things that you wouldn't know about she made sure to make a note of it or label it and that just made things that much nicer and easier. It has a dock to swim and fish off of and a boat lift. They have a room downstairs underneath the house where you park that is stocked up with plenty of blow up toys such as inner tubes and rafts and it includes an electric air pump.

All in all the house was super comfortable and super clean and a pleasure to stay at not to mention the fact that it's directly across the street from the Gulf side. So we could swim at the house off of the dock or we could go right across the street and play at the beach. everything was really convenient. I would highly recommend renting this house.

Our family recently stayed in one of DIBR's houses. The Southern Breeze was perfect in every way! Neat and cleaned, well maintained and right on the beach. Rooms were large and spacious. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to cook. Adam was very responsive with questions and comments! He knows how to make guests happy and will bend over backwards for you. Will be booking there again!

This place is really nice and cozy. There are three bedrooms that can fit at least 5 kids and 4 parents. This place has a TV and a Wii. It has two decks on opposite sides of the house that have really great views. The sunset at this house is really beautiful.
