This real estate place is hell on earth. When my roommates and I first moved into our apartment, every possible thing was wrong with it. There were stains all over the floor, things were falling off the wall, the washer and dryer were broken, there were holes in the walls, the screens were broken, the blinds were broken, and we had to replace everything and clean the apartment for two days and they barely reimbursed us. They did nothing to help. They told us we had until July 31st to move out and kicked us out in May. They take forever to help, and you must call them at least three times to get them to help with anything that breaks. They are extremely unprofessional, such as being very disorganized and wearing sweats and pajamas into work. They misread renters files and lose things. NEVER RENT FROM THEM, EVER!!
