If I could leave 0 stars I would. I have been getting the run around for months on repairs that should have been done for months. I am told something would be fixed, and nothing is done, or someone is sent out, starts the job, then leaves my business with a mess. I do not recommend them to ANY Company trying to maintain a professional environment, or any at all for that matter. Leaky roof. Bad paint job. Flooding in another unit ruining my space.its is terrible.

Our company rented an office from E.V. Bishoff for 12 months. We had a terrible experience, including having our office broken into with many valuable items stolen. The landlord made no effort to figure out what happened, not even looking into their security camera footage upon request. Our unit also had poorly functioning HVAC which the maintenance person never could get to work for more than a few days. Overall, we regretted our decision to rent one of their downtown Columbus offices, and were elated to be done with the experience.

I am currently leasing from this company and it is horrible! The roof has leaked since day 1. They claim it's fine but it literally pours water every time it rains. Maintenance is an absolute joke. I also just found out that there is NO duct work in my almost 6000 sq ft space so my ac units do not work properly and have never been serviced or maintained. Now that I have hired an attorney no one at the company will speak with me about an issues I have at the space that I pay my rent on time each month for!
