Executive Housing Consultants

We have worked with Executive Housing for the last 2-3 years. They have managed a multi-unit property for us and have done a really great job. We both work full time so really needed a hands-on, responsive property manager who would take away the stress of a multi-unit property, and we found that in Executive Housing. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a responsive, full service management company.

The experience working with JD is excellent. I rented a studio and JD is always very proactive and responsive in terms of all my requests. I couldn't expect more with the management. Very professional and highly recommended!

Executive Housing has managed my Washington DC apartment building since 2006, and I have been very pleased with their service the entire time. They are appropriately responsive to the tenants, do a great job marketing the property and vetting prospective tenants when I've had vacancies, have been very good about communicating issues with the property and making recommendations about repairs and renovations.

I've owned the property since 1998, but have not lived in the Washington area since the early 2000s - I had a mediocre experience with a previous property manager and was on the verge of selling the building until I hired EHC - they've given me peace of mind and allowed me to retain a very profitable investment.
