The cottage was a delightful place for our extended family ranging in age from one year old to seventy five. Beautiful views from two separate living rooms and dining area. Kids had lots of fun in an additional theater room downstairs. Kitchen was great with modern appliances. We all enjoyed the multiple deck and patio areas along with the fire pit. Would definitely stay here again!

My husband and i stayed at the trottage through finger lake premiere properties. There was a tornado that came through during our stay. We lost our water. I called in the morning and management was able to send maintenance to us rather quickly to fix our problem. He was very professional and quick to fix our problem. We will be coming back soon!

We had a group of 12 girls here for a long weekend and this house was perfect! There was plenty of space for everyone. The view was amazing and we loved using the fire pit and hot tub!

We recently used finger lakes premier properties for a rental on seneca lake back in May of 2022. I plan a trip every year to the fingerlakes and this was my first year using this company and I will say I will be sure to use them again. We rented a brand new property which often comes with a lot of questions and they were quick to answer all. We had a few times during pur stay that I needed to reach them and they were very responsive and followed through with calls back. The property it self was beautiful and we look forward to booking our trip for 2023 with them!

The house was amazing and exactly as pictured/described. The communication before our stay was also clear and helpful. We had a great time and will book through Premier Properties again.

We used Premier Properties on the recommendation of another local business we used for a wine tour and were so happy we did. Booking our rental house was quick and easy and the representatives were helpful in providing local recommendations and responding to my questions quickly. We plan to visit the finger lakes again in the future and using Premier Properties will be our first choice for booking a rental again.

I had an amazing experience with a rental for my 30th birthday. The property was huge and in a great location with excellent amenities. All of the information the rental company provided in advance was helpful and relevant and they were responsive to questions. Would definitely rent through them again!

Four of us stayed in this lovely Lakeside cottage. The views were beautiful from the dock. The walk to the dock is just a little bit steep but it is well worth the view. The home was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The location was perfect in relation to the wineries and local hiking. We had no issues during our stay. I would highly recommend staying here.

It is a beautiful home. However to get to it you have to drive thru a railroad tunnel that is only 6' wide and 8' tall. We were able to get our crossover barely thru it and some people had racks on top of their vehicles and couldn't get thru. They were parking before the tunnel and carrying their luggage and equipment to their cottage. The owner of the property people parked on were very angry and accused the people of trespassing.

Nice way to start a vacation. The interior of our house was nice even though the door to the stove fell.off, you couldn't watch TV and use any other devices and the last half of the 20' docks was so wobbly you couldn't walk out on it. We would not rent this place again and can't in all honesty recommend it unless some serious renovation has been done.

We had a wonderful stay on Lake Keuka. The house was very nice and the property was well appointed and very clean when we arrived. It had everything our party of six adults needed for a comfortable long weekend. After we booked our stay, direct contact with Finger Lakes Premier Properties was not required as everything exceeded our expectations.

We were in town for my son's wedding and needed a base of operations. We were able to bring our dogs so that worry was alleviated. The house was roomy and clean with plenty of beds, a beautiful kitchen and a nice bath. Would love to come back and enjoy the lake and kayaks a little more. Thank You!

The house was clean and nice. The bedroom in the basement was nice but It was a little disappointing that you could only get to it by going outside from the main house. The heating was very uneven. Still we had a wonderful time.

Finger Lakes Premier Properties worked with me throughout Covid to reschedule our stay twice. They answered questions promptly and comprehensively. Their property choices are excellent and I highly recommend them.

Our accommodations were perfect! The cottage was so nice, clean, peaceful, and well equipped. We had an absolutely wonderful time and will come back again!

Very poor service to renters BEWARE! FOXX COTTAGE Seneca Falls NY Before settling in, check the third bedroom in the walkout basement and the rest of the lower level for signs of mold. When we arrived on September 11, 2021 we noticed a damp musty odor in the basement bedroom area - bedroom three. We found green mold/mildew growing on the back of. the basement bedroom closet doors.

We also found a large section of mold (black - not green) on the concrete block wall, on the back of the water pressure tank and wood ceiling in the lower level (walkout basement) closet that houses the water softener and pressure tank. We notified the property management company, Finger Lakes Premier Properties, .

Responsive to renters concerns. Follow up on requests and concerns. Would rent from them again. Lakeside Getaway "Great location! Right on the water. Great restaurant, Woolies, up the road 4 miles. Very convenient to many wineries and parks."

We recently rented a home on Keuka Lake lake for three specific reasons. One, the views looked stunning, two, it had a fireplace, and three it had kayaks. When we arrived the directions told us to park in front of the 2 story brown garage. There was no brown garage which we later found out by angry neighbors had been painted. The main bathroom had. done black mold or something which was gross, but the rest of the house was nice.

We come to find out the fireplace they advertise has a sign" for decoration only" and can't use. We then find out the kayaks aren't there which we're advertised or we would have brought ours. The best was the dock which doesn't have the wood nailed down and I almost hurt myself pretty good/ didn't even have wine yet. The best is I can't get anyone from Premier to even return my emails to address the issues and they hide or won't post the review. Would not recommend them to anyone anymore.

Lake house description didn't match what was there. Many issues throughout the house and called company but nothing was fixed. Left an honest review about the rental that wasn't 5 stars and they won't share my review. Disappointed. Back to airbandb for us.

We are heartbroken that the house we booked in January for a vacation with the grandparents and great grandparent and that my boys have been looking forward to all year was cancelled DAY OF TODAY - we were packed and ready to leave, had boarded the dog, my husband and I are essential workers who have taken off the week of work, and they were not. able to offer us anything other than a refund and a $500 credit for next time?!

I'm sorry but this does not compensate for our pain and suffering and the loss of our only vacation all year. I expect more from this huge agency that is obviously prospering bc all other rentals on ALL lakes this week are booked. You can't give us back our vacation, lost family time or memories and opportunity to see my 90 yo grandmother, but I do deserve more than a simple refund for a broken contract, pain and suffering.

Was excited to get a home reserved and set up for tomorrow as our Kentucky vacation was canceled due to me being a health care worker and the concerns of having to quarantine after if I left. The family was so very excited. Then I received an email. not even a phone call about the cancelation of the reservation for TOMORROW because of our 5th occupancy (after being told we were good).our 4 year old daughter by the owner. Once again here I am scrambling to find something for us next week. Very disappointed.

Cottages not clean. Last one looked nothing like photos. room AC filters filthy, silverware holder dirty, several light fixtures didn't have working lightbulbs, landscaping looked nothing like photo in rental listing, furniture dirty. refund inadequate for 3 week rental. #neveragain

Great company to rent from. I have rented 3 different properties over the past 2 years from them. Very professional, clean properties and they are very responsive.

Point Marianne was a wonderful place for our family vacation. There was plenty of room for all of us. Anthony from Housekeeping did a fantastic job in cleaning Point Marianne by himself on Saturday. It was spotless! Keuka Lake cannot be topped for views and Point Marianne has the best of the best! Point Marianne is a very homey property with lots of room to spread out and it met all of our needs perfectly!
