In Aug of 2006, my family and i moved to Jacksonville, Fla. We found an apartment with the help of a local leasing company. During our time at the apartment, we received a letter saying that "foland and higbee" would be our new landlord. A few months after that we started having problems with the neighborhood, such as break In's and other little problems.
