Staying in Windsor hills condor, still here staying in apartment and want be back to a condor again. Deco a lot to be desired and not clean in this place. Worse air con and the person owns it want lower to make us comfortable to keep us cool. The club house and staff are great. Only come back if villa.

We stayed at Windsor Hills and the home was large, clean and had a backyard pool. It was in the perfect location - not too far from the clubhouse. The whole experience was great. We hope to be back for sure!

I stayed at Windsor Hills in unit 7652 otterspool, very clean all new appliances, stove microwave dishwasher and refrigerator that makes round ice the kids loved, new living room couch with recliners, new dining table, new ceiling fans, clean bathrooms, bedrooms new comforters on beds. Bathrooms are park themed, new washer dryer, Clean pool short walk to main pool and Waterpark.

Had a wonderful experience renting from Global. The house in South Florida was beautifully decorated and perfect for our needs. We met the owner of the home after we had a few small issues and he was very responsive and made sure we were happy. Nice little touches like fresh flowers on our arrival, early check in was available since we traveled 1400 miles to get there and the owner brought us a bottle of wine! We will be back next year!

We stayed at 2781 Almaton Loop #103. When we first entered the condo the lanai was very dirty and congealed food on the screens. Also the floors were filthy and I made them bring me a bucket and mop and after five buckets of black filthy water they were cleaner. They said they would send someone over to clean but I thought that it should have been done to begin with and masks would have had to be used. Carpets so filthy had to empty full sweeper three times.

I cleaned carpet stains. I had to have them clean under beds because i couldn't reach and there were YEARS of dust and grime under them. Everything was grimey and I spent 2 days cleaning and no mention from them after complaining that I got a refund. Windows were filthy. THEN we had a death in the family and had to leave and they would not refund any money. Disgusting

We rented a townhome in Storey Lake for 13 nites. We were excited to use the splash pool which was included. The pump system (and heater) were inoperable for 10 of those days! The pool light fixture was dangling by one screw. The home central air did not work the first six days either. Both of which required multiple repairs. Seeing as how the pool was THE main reason we selected that property, we asked if there would be some compensation/credit to us.

They flat out refused. They did refund the extra fee we paid for heating the pool but regardless, the pool was not usable. Very disappointed with our stay. Contacting Marriott. YOUR RESPONSE BELOW IS WRONG: THE A/C REQUIRED TWO REPAIRS. THE POOL PUMP REQUIRED AT LEAST THREE VISITS. THE LIGHT WAS HANGING BY A SCREW; MY BROTHER IN LAW WATCHED HIM REPAIR IT AND THEN HE TOWELED OFF WITH OUR TOWELS. DISGUSTING. YOU'RE "HEARTBROKEN" BUT IM OUT HARD EARNED MONEY PAID FOR SERVICE I DID NOT GET. SOMETIMES, IN BUSINESS, DOING THE RIGHT THING MEANS MORE THAN AN APOLOGY

We enjoyed our stay at the Solterra. The house was spacious and clean. It exceeds our expectations from check-in to check-out. The area is a short drive to Disney, safe and quiet. We will be Global Resort Homes repeat customers.

Absolutely horrible. 30K just doesn't buy you the respect it used to. Highly do NOT recommend this terribly unprofessional team. Southwest Florida has SO many wonderful Property Managers, Paradise Exclusives sets the standard.

Been here at Windsor Palms in Kissimmee since Saturday. They've had very LOUD work being performed on our building since Monday.(See video below) I called global resort homes and they claim ignorance of any work being done. That's the end. Work will continue until Monday. We've been woken up at 8:30 am every day. Four days of work so far. Global Resorts called back to say work should be completed Monday.

Definitely would not recommend. Global Resorts claims they were never notified by the HOA work would be done when they rented us this unit. No accountability and no offer for some solution by Global Resorts. Just thanks for calling. Have a nice day.

The rental was nice however, it wasn't as clean as I would have expected. When we checked in, there was urine all over the toilet in the owner's suite bathroom. The shower curtain in one of the upstairs bathrooms was molded. We had issues with getting all of the TV's in the house to work, however once we called customer service, the representative was very helpful with assisting us with this issue.

I was very disappointed with the pool. I paid the additional fee to have the pool heated which ended up being a waste because it was only heated on the day of our arrival. So, we didn't get a chance to get in it. The management company (Global Resort Homes) would not refund me that additional money because they said the pool was heated on the day of our arrival. However, I found out when the repair man came that the pool cannot remain heated if the jacuzzi is running.

With that being the case, the staff should not have had the jacuzzi running when we checked in. Therefore, it was the management company's fault that the pool didn't remain heated. In addition, I would have appreciated if that information would have been communicated to me when I paid the additional cost or upon check in. Overall, the home served its purpose for what we needed.

Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness We have rented here for 15 years and the past few years service has severely dropped off. The last two years when asked to come fix the hot tub, no one has come or they say nothing can be done when they do come. Have called several days and been told someone will be out and no one ever comes.

This was my 10th time staying at the solara resort The house has a way floor in the master (black mold) that never dryed the kitchen Faust leaked the pool filter and heater didn't work for 5 days the stove top was cracked and then the roach in the master closet roped it off. No call backs from the Mgt team called 7-8 times no response!

I'm disappointed with this company, we rented a house to spend the end of the year party and the house has several problems. Clogged toilet, clogged bathroom sink, pool lamp out of place (which would be a huge shock hazard) pool lamp burnt out, two days without internet, outside lights not working. A huge disregard for a client who came to enjoy the vacation with family and friends. When we paid 5,000 dollars we didn't think it would be this nightmare.

Stay at one of their properties at Windsor Hills. When we arrived the condo was just as the photos showed. Our kids loved the mickey room! The location was perfect for getting to Disney and nearby grocery stores.

This company has the best customer service ever, I have spoken to several individuals and I was so surprised that I did not run into anyone rude. I will definitely stay with this company again and thinking of buying with them. I stayed at paradise palms resort and I had no problems, I'm very satisfied.

We rented a home that global resort homes manages. When we arrived the home was not cleaned properly. There were spots of food all over the walls and cupboards. Stuff on the walls of the bathrooms. We had to sweep the floor as the floor was also dirty. The pool was absolutely disgusting. There was globs of hair all over around and in the pool. Garbage and clothing items around the pool.

Broken glass. The pool was green and cloudy. I emailed to ask them to clean it the night we checked in. They didn't come until 430 the next evening. She swept the area and agreed it was unacceptable. She said she would contact her supervisor and ask her to get the area cleaned immediately. The next day we left to go to the beach. I emailed again to clarify they would be out to clean they said they would. Came home it was still disgusting. Called the next morning, someone finally came out about 11am to clean the pool and told us we couldn't use it until the following day, which was Wednesday.

We checked out Thursday. Contacted them again, they stated they were told 4 hours. And didn't seem to care that the one amenity we rented the home for was not usable 4 out of the 5 days we paid for. I'll never rent a home they manage again. We spent $1700 for 5 days and had to clean up the home and could only use the pool for 1 day, not to mention all the time I spent trying to get someone to remedy the situation. It was a complete disappointment.

I booked this home at 8136 sun palm drive in Windsor palms for reasons being equipped with rails to pool area. As I am traveling with a disabled sister. Upon arrival her trying to utilize the sidewalk to enter the home was impossible due to over growth hedges. Now we get inside to see soiled stained rugs, cabinet door handle comes right off, tv upstairs dont won't, microwave night light dont work, no dresser in the bedroom to put clothes away so we m living out of my suitcase.

The pool cover is in such dissatisfaction and is constantly blowing into the pool. The children's play table out side is so rusted and sharp. The sewer smell is HORRIFIC HERE. And then there was a cockroach in the kitchen. (They did send pest control). There's 2 outside lights sitting on a table outside inoperable. The screen around the pool has several rips in it providing debri all day dropping into water.

The hot tub have no seating in it at all and neither does the pool ( other then the steps down). I only wish I knew about all this prior to paying well over $2,258 for a week stay. Homeowners needs to keep a better watch on their investment properties. Holly Thrane

When Florida Sun Vacation Homes sold their business to Global resort Homes there was an incentive (no initial set up fee) to go with Global which we did. Frankie Magliocchetti, the Director of Owner Relations was nice enough when we met to discuss the transfer and setting up but once we were set up it was impossible to talk to or anyone in the office.

I left multiple messages that went unanswered both voice mail and text. I found the organization to be overpriced (management fee, maintenance, cleaning, everything) compared to other management companies and on top of the higher cost their owner response time was extremely slow (this was long before COVID). We stuck with them for a year and half but finally had to change to a new management company.

They were just too difficult to work with. We switched to Palm Tree Vacation Homes and so far they have been extremely responsive and their management fee, cleaning fee and maintenance fees are very reasonable. I do not generally write negative reviews but because of my long standing frustration I thought I would write a review to hopefully help others from making the same mistake that I did.

Horrible experience! Do NOT rent from this company. We booked and paid for our trip to Disney in November 2019. Our trip was scheduled for the first week of April 2020. Due to the coronavirus our flight was canceled, Disney has been closed and the Government is recommending no unnecessary travel. This company refuses to give us a refund and has bullied us into rescheduling for next year.

We spoke to many people at the company and each one was less helpful than the next. The last person we spoke to was Tatiana, the director of guest relations. She was rude, uncompassionate to our situation and belligerent. Her last email stated that this is the last time they will respond to our request and that she will be the last person that we will talk to at the company.

This is no way for management to act in such unprecedented times. Airbnb and VRBO are all issuing refunds to customers that can't reschedule their trips. I will never rent a property from this company ever again And I hope you won't either. A company that uses the coronavirus to take advantage of consumers is not who you want to trust with your family vacation.

What if something goes wrong on your vacation? What if the property or house is an as advertised? With a company like this take care of the problems and make it right. I don't think so based on my experience. There are many other places to rent vacation properties I would suggest that you look elsewhere.

I had a terrible experience with this company this weekend. I rented an Airbnb and this company was the property management company for the property. My host at airbnb requested that I go to his property management company which is 45 mins away from the property. And unfortunately when I got their they were closed. I tried calling this company several times to tell them I was running late they called me after I wasted 45 min in traffic driving there and gave me the lockbox code.

The next day they sent someone to put a notice on my door stating if I didn't come by the office to sign documents they would lock me out. I called the office immediately to tell them I had theme park tickets and did not have time to drive 45 min back to their office could they email me the documents. The rep emailed me a pdf file and told me to print it out and sign.

Also requested my id and credit card. I sent the id and credit card but had no way of printing out the documents. I informed the company and went about my day. The people then sent someone to lock the door and my mother was locked out of the property. But we realized the back door was not locked so she was able to get in. Around 9pm that night they sent some big guy out to the property to scare us I guess and told my elderly mother he was calling the police on her because she was trespassing.

My mother asked the man to call his supervisor in which he did. And the lady on the phone told him to just get my mother to sign. I couldn't sleep that night in fear that this man would come back and throw me my mother and my children out in the middle of the night. If you want to rent a house NEVER rent one where this company is the property manager or you take the chance of being locked out.

There were no directions on how to check in. I had to call the owner, who gave me the number to the rental company. She was very rude and gave me a code to get in. The alarm went off and she told me it would stop on its own. It did not. The police came. She had to give me the alarm code. The house was in horrible shape. I understand there will be wear and tear with rentals.

But I at LEAST expect them to maintain them. There was an OBVIOUSLY broken headboard. Another bed had broken supports underneath. The hot tub would not heat (one of the main reasons we rented this house was the hot tub). The plumbing for the hot tub pump was leaking. When the maintenance supervisor came he said it was supposed to be fixed weeks ago.

It was never fixed during our stay. Several of the lightbulbs were burnt out. A couple were actually missing. The light fixture in an upstairs bathroom was faulty and was actually burning when in use. The entire bathroom smelled like it was on fire. The maintenance man cut the power to that fixture, but it was not replaced. The lamps were crooked and looked like they had been smacked around.

The house was so dirty upon arrival. All the walls look gross. The beds didn't look professionally made. The vents appeared to be growing things. The coffee maker had dirt in it. There was trash out in the front lawn. The pool had dirt and hair bands in it. The tables and surfaces weren't clean either. The fans were very dusty. There was fake fruit on the table with teeth marks all over them.

The paint was rubbed off the walls in multiple places. I immediately called and complained to both the owner and the rental company. Nothing was done about it. I was told by the rental company that they would not send anyone out and that it didn't match the pictures because they don't take pictures between people. Apparently they don't even take pictures every year.

I was told the pool people would be there the next morning. They normally clean on mondays or Tuesdays regardless of when people check in or what's in the pool. They came Tuesday. I had checked in Sunday. The manager called and said she would email me how to check in and out so I didn't have to drive to the office. I never received an email.

She also told me that she was talking to the owner about compensation and they would contact me back. I never heard from them. I tried to call on Saturday when I left but could only get voicemail. I rented this house for my friends and family who travelled from different states to come to my destination wedding. It was a complete disappointment and really dampened the whole trip. I will never rent from this company again.

Will never go back there again! Our "heated" pool (which costs extra) does not work has not worked for 2 days. And if it did it is only heated from 8am to 8 pm. And then we return from a fun filled day at the parks only to learn we can only get in one of the two gates. So we drove around to the other gate and say for about 30 minutes with a line of 20+ cars waiting to get in. Because for some reason each car took like 5 minutes to get thru. Absolutely ridiculous, for the price the service should match and it clearly does not.

BEWARE of any property managed by Global. We paid thousands of dollars for a house that had ants all over the kitchen and in the drawers, a television in the living room whose colors are distorted and don't work, many tears and holes in the screens around the pool area, an inch of dust on some of the decorations, and damp, smelly towels in the dryer.

I can deal with issues that arise but Global's indifference to our complaints is the major issue. The customer service people didn't care to take care of any problems, acted like we were a major inconvenience, and to top it off we got back to the house one night to find that they entered the home while we were gone to look at the TV. The terms and conditions state that they can come into the house whenever they want without notice as it pertains to the safety and protection of the property.

And they will notify renters whenever possible that they are going to come in. Distorted colors on a tv do not constitute a safety or protection problem and they had ample time to notify us. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this shady company.

We loved our home that we stayed in for 7 days. Spacious with great decor. When we checked in the reps were friendly and offered the kids a welcome packet! So nice. My only complaint is that they charge $50 to rent a grill - it's not included in the home! Cheaper to run to Walmart and purchase one. Also the drawer handles on our dresser were broken so it was a pain to open and close them. Really should be fixed.

We stayed at the Oakwater Resort and had a wonderful time. Just got back! Clean and beautiful, lovely pool and whirlpool. So close to Disney! The address was 2710 Oakwater Drive. Quiet and secure! Will definately do this again! 3 Bedroom and 2 bath for $750 for the week.

Beware stay away! I have never written a totally negative review on YELP. However, this company needs to be exposed for what they are. When you pay $500 nightly for accommodations a certain standard is expected. You do not expect a house full of furniture purchased from big lots nor do you expect mold and shoddy workmanship throughout the home. The house was loaded with the cheapest appliances and furniture that money could buy.

They actually had stickers on the master bedroom furniture saying do not use the drawers because they are broken. The carpeting throughout was stained and soiled to the point where they could not be cleaned, they should have been replaced sometime ago. This company will use housekeeping as an excuse but it's not a housekeeping issue it is simply maintenance.

This is a (management) issue. On the bright side they did honor one of our five maintenance requests. We thought we saw a poisonous spider amongst the insect infestation they immediately came over. To our relief the exterminator explained it was just a common house spider.
