We started our relationship with Tracy a few years ago renting on Nantucket.we were not easy clients having three dogs, wanting central air and close to town but she made it happen. All along we said the end game was to buy a house but we had to sell our house in Connecticut first (to which she probably whispered to herself "Yeah, right. I have heard that pipe dream before").

But she never lost faith in us and we kept renting. And then we sold the house. Tracy connected with our requirements, stayed within our price range and we are closing on our Nantucket house after all.
