Beautiful- family friendly environment. Safe and well maintained- with private neighborhood security. Friendly neighbors and responsive management. Many amenities to enjoy. Highly recommend this property.

This company is under new ownership. The new owners Scott and mark are exceptional. They have managed our rentals for over five years. They are responsive and caring to both the tenant and the property owners. Highly recommend.

Avoid this rental company. We are British seniors and rented a condo with them for 6 weeks. The Condo was dark, gloomy and very dated with no outside space at all to enjoy the sunshine. You must also park in the exact space for your condo at all times otherwise you get a notice on the door warning you are in breach of the rental agreement and cannot even pull in to unload your luggage and the car space we had was not close to the building The kitchen is very dated and poorly equipped for a real self-catering vacation and the appliances old but do work.

The linens, apart from about 5 newish towels, are about the same age as the condo, 30 years, and all need replacing, they are tatty and fraying. We also had a bug infestation and got covered in bites which was reported to the company but no one from pest control came and the walkin clinic where I went said they were insect bites and could be bed bugs.

In the end we were glad to leave early. The staff at the company need a communication skills injection and would benefit from training. It would not be appropriate to comment here about payment issues which are now subject to litigation but they do not take credit cards at all only cash or checks not the best procedure for non US residents like ourselves. The one star is for the pool which condo residents can use is clean and very well looked after

I was a renter with Greenbriar. I was dissatisfied with the property. There was a serious bug problem when I moved in, which I was responsible for as a tenant. They had some fees associated with my deposit. Like 200 dollars for a lost key and another 200 associated with general cleaning and another 200 associated with carpet cleaning. The key I can understand if they had to change the locks. I only lived in the property Monday - Wednesday for 6 months. I'm a clean person.
