To say this was my first apartment I enjoyed it at first til I had multiple unknown people just watching my every move. The neighbors are noisy as hell. The apartment manager has family members living in most units and they can't mind there own business. To save you time and money don't move here the only way she accepted my application I had to come off at least $1000. They may seem like their professional but their very much ignorant.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value These people are not professional. They will take your deposit and add everything they can to get money. Take pictures of everything. I can say so much more!

KEEP ALL PAYMENT RECEIPTS AND MONEY ORDERS, TAKE PICS OF YOUR UNIT BEFORE YOU LEAVE FOR PROOF OF HOW YOU LEFT IT! MAKE COPIES OF THE INSPECTION SHEET YOU RECEIVE WHEN YOU FIRST MOVED IN! When money is involved cases of amnesia can happen with any Property Management company!

I had went up there with a friend. Mind you this person that was trying to get apartment; has as a great job, has a college degree, never been in trouble with the law, Never done drugs. When he gave the woman his application and she had looked through it. One of the questions said have you ever committed a felony if not leave it blank. So he did. She asked him did you read this part?

He said yes. She said have you ever committed a felony? he said no. Then she got belligerent and ask him if he knew how to read? Are you kidding me? The question said to leave it blank if you had no felony what else are you supposed to do with it? These two women really need to work on their people skills that's my opinion.
