Alan and Lisa were amazing partners that helped to prep and sell my parents house within a very short timeframe. They were professional and also incredibly helpful, I don't know what we would have done without them, given that we lived in another state and needed helping cleaning out the house and getting it ready for sale. They coordinated and executed everything and went above and beyond. I highly recommend working with Alan and Lisa!

It was great working with Alan Martinez of Gulf Bay Realty! His wisdom and experience was reassuring as well as his professionalism. Alan went the extra mile on several occasions to hustle to get things done to meet critical timelines despite holidays and late hours to put me in the best position to get me the best deal. He was proactive in keeping me on track and aware of my options and deadlines.

Where do I start! Owning a home near the beach has always been a dream of ours, one I never imagined would come true! We used Alan with Gulf Bay Realty and couldn't be more pleased.
