I'm having the worst time with the management at this apartment complex. I have found BED BUGS in my apartment and I have NEVER had these before and we haven't been able to stay there since we found out and Martha has been messaging us back and forth UNTIL we asked for proof of a professional inspection. We have not heard back from her since. I WILL be taking them to court because of the fact that they are withholding information from us and are refusing to let us take the situation into our own hands.

If we don't hear back from her and have answers by TUESDAY, we will be taking further action! This is the worst decision we have ever made in our life! Will not recommend this "apartment complex" to ANYONE!

If you value your family and money, DO NOT RENT FROM THESE NEW OWNERS! They are disgusting "corporate greed" people and they will screw you every time they can. This is for the rental properties that Edgewater Properties LLC owns.
