Reached out to Hawaiian Beach Rentals to book a condo for Jan 2020. They were very helpful locating a few options for us on short notice. We decided to stay for 2 weeks and changing condo's halfway through. When we arrived at first condo Kamaole Nalu, we were very disappointed to see the actual unit and the condition it was, stained carpets, ripped furniture, fridge was falling apart.
When we reached out to Jason Miles and his wife they were no help at all and stated that we would have to take this up with management company looking after the condo complex. I was shock to find this out. I now know that as soon as they take your money there part is all done. Terrible experience would never use them again.

Highly enjoyed our experience. The booking process was smooth and easy to use, and the customer service was very helpful any time we had questions or needed anything. They gave great recommendations on what to do in the area, and our condo was great. We loved our trip, and are excited to take another soon with Hawaiian Beach Rentals.

Just booked a vacation to Maui and could not be happier with the service that Hawaiian Beach Rentals offered. We have a big group going and were having a hard time finding a home that would accommodate us all. The agent I worked with responded to my request quickly and actually gave me 3 different options to look at. I would highly suggest this company.
