Hopkins Enterprises is truly a family-run business! They have their tenant's best interest at heart and treat everybody like they are family. They are responsive, from the time you reach out to inquire about a rental until your move-in and tenancy. They quickly address maintenance issues and perform the repairs in a timely manner while being respectful of your living space. On top of that, they are very flexible and accommodating. You don't find that quality with many landlords these days.

I have rented from Hopkins Enterprises for over 15 years! They have been so good in making sure all was going well with my business rental. I also rented an apartment from them which was clean and up to date if I ever had a problem they would be there right away and take care of to. Whenever I call the office they are pleasant and want to know exactly how they can help. I highly recommend doing business with them, they are all really great!

Lived in an apartment rented out by Hopkins for 3 years and had a very positive experience. Grounds were always kept up, plowing for every snow storm and maintenance was consistent and easy to get a hold of. Would rent again with Hopkins in the future and would highly recommend them to anybody looking to rent.
