Mitchel from Colorado housing helpers relieved a lot of stress and made my apartment search in Boulder a much better experience than I could have hoped for! Mitchel was professional and polite when perspective renters at a showing were rude about things outside of his control. I am impressed by how he handled the situation! I am also grateful that Mitchel was quick to respond questions over email and text and went out of his way to keep me updated after I submitted a rental application. He was prompt and reliable throughout the entire process from setting up viewings to negotiating lease details with the landlord.

We were recently displaced by the Marshall fire and were connected with Ella to immediately relocate. Ella and her team turned around a fully furnished place in the location we needed in record time. Despite managing several other clients in the same dire situation, Ella was extremely responsive to our queries and took the time to meet us in person to walk us through our new place during an incredibly devastating event. Ella and Housing Helpers showed such compassion and we felt and feel so cared for. Thank you Ella and team! We are very grateful.

We cannot say enough about how pleased we are with housing helpers. We own our house and care so deeply about our house and we are using housing helpers to rent and manage our house while we live abroad!this is our first time renting out our house and they are all so friendly, responsive, warm, efficient, competent and so helpful. We feel so grateful that they are taking such good care of our house and that they found wonderful renters for our home that means so much to us!

They are incredible and we recommend them with high high praises everyone at housing helpers are amazing! Also, a very very very very special shout out to Lorraine Viele who is so incredibly responsive, thorough, friendly, warm and incredible at what she does. We are beyond grateful for her work and her team's work.

An agent working for this company (Dana Parish) failed to perform due diligence and violated the terms of a detailed real estate contract. Her lack of professionalism and complacent attitude toward following through with legal issues has led to the engagement of litigation in order to recoup the resources that were invested in removing personal property from a home that she represented. Basic requests for information were met with contempt, and a lack of cooperation that is to be expected from a licensed real estate agent.

Now THIS is a quality property management company. I have been renting from Housing Helpers for 3 consecutive years at the same property, and I have NEVER had an issue. I especially commend the AMAZING job that Lorraine does for us. I'm not even talking about a few days later getting a response, but a response and solution within 30 minutes, every single time!

The online tenant portal is up-to-date and VERY user friendly, paying bills and submitting maintenance requests is an absolute breeze, and signing the lease with their online lease system is extremely helpful and efficient. They have never raised our rent through the years. I have had first hand experience with other local companies, and Housing Helpers surpasses them on many many levels. If you are a CU student looking for housing, I would HIGHLY recommend finding a property that they manage, you will not be disappointed.

Ella Brooks was a great help. She understood the vibe my wife was looking for and moved quickly to find us a rental Apartment that fit our needs. She was flexible and accommodating. We rented a nice little 2 bedroom for our extended stay in Boulder. It's not always easy to know from Zillow what a place really looks like, how clean it is etc. Our broker, Ella Cauch Muldinado, was very accessible and helpful. I was impressed by how well stocked the furnished apartment was with kitchen equipment, extra blankets, etc. Great location and comfortable plus extremely clean! 812 w Walnut. Thank you Ella! Great support staff too - Alex helped us right away get to get the wifi working. That means a lot. Libby O'C

Adequate but expensive and don't expect assistance with any concerns. We rented a corporate apartment through them. The place was decently furnished with most everything we needed. Quality of appliances, silverware, cleaning supplies, etc is low. The vacuum didn't seem to suck no matter how many settings we tried. I was super interested in the fitness center but it was closed for renovations.

When I asked for reimbursement for having to sign up for a local gym, they wouldn't help. Given how expensive it was to stay, I didn't think asking for less than $200 in reimbursement would be an issue.

I cannot rave enough about the quality of service I've received from Amy Drost. She has been more than just my real estate agent. She is thinking around corners on my behalf, is tenacious in chasing down details from potential properties, and is a trusted advisor when I have questions. I am actively recommending her to all of my friends and will be using her as my agent exclusively for all future Colorado deals. She is a ROCK STAR! Do yourself a favor and use Housing Helpers for your real estate needs.

Kim Avery at Housing Helpers was an absolute wonder when it came to helping me buy my first home. The process was full of turns and curveballs, but she stuck by me the entire way. She did a great job educating me about the buying process, and at the end of it all, helped me find a wonderful place to call home. Would recommend anyone in the market for a home to get in touch with her - A+ work! Thanks Kim!

We needed temporary housing when we first moved to Boulder. Housing Helpers guided us to a beautifully furnished apartment that was perfect for us AND our dogs! Our Corporate Housing Specialist, Ella, was absolutely amazing. She met with us - on short notice - to show the property, prepared us for our move (by sending along pictures and other information needed to pack for our temporary place), and - along with Jodi (our Housing Coordinator) - ensured that we had an effortless move-in.

During our stay, they have been extremely responsive and extraordinarily kind. Our expectations have been exceeded in every way. Thank you for all that you do, Ella, Jodi, and the rest of the Housing Helpers team!

This is THE best company to rent from in Boulder. Hands down. Everyone I've engaged with are honest, reliable, nice and professional. They respond quickly to maintenance requests and resolve all issues without any hassle. I would recommend renting with Housing Helpers to anyone. Simply the best. So excited to be renewing my lease with them for another year. Update: We've been with Housing Helpers for 2 years now, going on 3, they continue to be professional and the best leasing agency in Boulder. Special shout out to Lorraine Viele - she is quick to respond to emails, listens to her renters and is generally very nice and delightful to work with.

1. I placed deposit/first month rent with the agent. Later I was told that the rent was actually $50/mo higher than agent communicated. 2. Although a 'move in' inspection was performed by HH, when I moved in the place was quite dirty with several items broken down and needing repairs. Thankfully, a cleaning person was sent right away but I do wonder about whomever did the 'inspection'. Repair man took longer, and did not do a good job -- things done in a hurry and falling apart again. 3.

Broken fridge - it has been three weeks - still no replacement. 4. Garage door opener broke - on a Friday. Because of three day weekend, my garage was unlocked for four days/nights. When I expressed concerns of burglaries, I was told to transfer valuables in my car and (one bedroom) apartment. Really? I need car to drive and I am not about to move furniture and five bikes into the apartment, as I do not have room or manpower.

I realize it was a weekend, but I consider this an emergency and there are people working weekend just for this. It seems as if the company preferred putting me at risk rather than pay the weekend fees. 6. Slow to respond to maintenance requests. I was told that a broken door frame was 'cosmetic' where a couple of nails and wood glue would do the job. Finally, handyman 'fixed' it with small nails (the type you hang pictures with), and no wood glue.

It fell apart within two days. Conclusion, it seems that once they have your rent (and not cheap rent either), they behave as 'slum lords' and expect tenant to accept sub par housing.

I have been using housing helpers for a couple of years now and find them to be great to work with! Lorraine is very responsive and any time I needed to make a service request she responded right away by email and text. They have worked with me in the past on an unforeseen situation and really stepped up to find a solution. Housing Helpers would be a great choice for both a renter and owner. Nothing but positive to say about Housing Helpers! Johniece M.

If I could give this place a zero I would by far the worse service and the biggest waste of time. My wife and I went to go view a house listed in Arvada once we decided we enjoyed the property and wanted to move on with the process we were told to put down the deposit and fill the application out after the deposit is received they wouldn't show the property.

Immediately after leaving the property my wife and I went to drop the security deposit off to their office in boulder. A couple days later we were approved for the property as long as we agreed with a $50 up charge each month. I did complain about the monthly up charge but never back out of the deal I responded that I was ready to move on with the lease agreement then the lady Maggee tells me that they have possible tenants that may move in after telling me the property wasn't going to be shown.

There plenty of housing property agencies in the area please don't go here and waster your time I wish I would have looked at the reviews before wasting so much time and getting our families hopes up. No help worse customer service. Sorry Stephanie no offense but I don't even know who you are. I've never contacted you nor have you ever contacted me.

Originally I was told I did get approved if I agreed to a $50 up charge. I make 75k a year not including my wife so $50 a month is definitely affordable I was simply negotiating the price that's what we have the right to do is negotiate. With that being said I will enjoy the rest of my search since I will no longer be going through you guys wasting a lot of my time and it seems like others time as well.

I appreciate you for leaking my personal information of me being rejected on our application on a public site. Just a little advice for you Stephanie Instead of responding back to the people who are complaining about the bad service you guys provide you should try to improve your services such. Very professional like always.

I have been in property management and ownership for over 30 years and never have I experienced worse service. I got all set up to sublet my apartment with them only to be told, 48 hours before flying out of the country for 3 months, that "oh, that person that was working with you doesn't work here anymore, sorry." No heads up, no culpability, just dropped like a ton of bricks. I lost over $6,000 in income thanks to these bimbos.

For those of you interested in a simple and positive lease experience, RUN. For those of you interested in a property management company representing the voice of an owner, RUN FAST. BY FAR THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

I used this company to rent a 1 bedroom garden level apartment with washer and dryer in the unit that allowed a cat (my requirements) in the busy and popular town of Boulder. Not only did the team help me find an apartment within 2 days, but they found me the perfect place just 3 minutes from my work and way below my budget! The landlord was incredibly kind and the process was seamless. I'll use Housing Helpers again for my next rental and, hopefully, future home purchase!

I listed my property with them, and after nearly 9 months they still hadn't let my property. I received a call from a prospective tenant who saw my ad on Craigslist that they had previously worked with Housing Helpers. The tenant confirmed what I had feared and flat out told me they wished to rent my property but didn't want to work with any of the Housing Helpers staff as they did not trust them.

This group of people is completely unprofessional: They do not return client calls. They will blatantly misrepresent your property. They do not follow up on voice mails or emails, and they they are outright unethical. You'll have much better luck, less hassle and lots of savings by listing and letting your property yourself. Seldom do I take time to write reviews, but in this case, buyer beware!

The service that Stephanie and team provide as Realtors in a crazy Denver market are nothing short of exceptional! We relocated our company to the Broomfield area and she helped with several of our out of state relocations and the feedback from 100% of those relocating was consistently exceptional. She and her team know the area incredibly well, are flexible, very genuine and have your needs/desires as the priority and know how to make things happen in the extremely competitive Denver market.

She has connections for a great mortgage person too (not one of the big banks that will put you through a goose chase last minute.the person she recommended bc I specifically didn't want to use the big banks linked to our relocation - also provided an exceptional service). With 100% confidence, I recommend you use Stephanie (owner) and team at Housing Helpers!

We found out, at the last minute, that our landlord is selling our house and not renewing our lease as expected. Obviously we're very stressed, knowing the state of housing in the Denver area. While scouring Craigslist, I found a listing with Housing Helpers that have been posted only an hour before and in one of the ideal locations we were searching.

I immediately called and spoke with Hunter and gave him all of my information and also asked to be placed on a search list. Hunter confirmed it was a very new listing and would find out more and call me back right away. No call. I called back the next day and left a message. No response. Hunter had provided the exact address in Westminster and said the rental was empty and that we could drive by and look around, which we did one day later, on Saturday.

We really liked the area, so I called again and explained that I had called two days before, etc. only to be informed that they already had an applicant! I know it's a tight market. Renters are almost having to behave like buyers and woo landlords with immediate and higher, cash offers. To claim to be a service that helps people and not even return calls is just wrong and bad business.

Be aware that if you are looking in the Wesminster area, it is covered by both the Boulder and Denver offices. They are not connected, so be sure you clarify which office you are working with.
