DO NOT USE ANYBODY ELSE, Carol and Matt were awesome! My home buying experience, took place over a 3 year period. Carol and Matt were very patient and answered all my questions. If it hadn't been for Carol finding a listing of my current pad, I never would've scored my place. Both Carol and Matt, also listened and had a great understanding of my preferences. You won't find a better buyer's agent in the Upper Valley. They are extremely helpful and responsive. It is great that they only represent buyers so there is no conflict of interest. We worked with Carol and she was incredibly supportive, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire process. Thanks again! Matt and Carol were extremely helpful in making our home purchase as smooth as possible. We were receiving daily updates of potential homes, and they were good about weeding through what wasn't a good fit. They are both very friendly even with driving all over the area in out of the way places. Office assistant was always very friendly as well.
They have a lot of knowledge about the area's homes and neighborhoods, and their individual areas of expertise makes a solid team. They knew what detailed questions to ask sellers more than I could have known to, and everything was always specific to the particular home.
