Feces in washing machines in laundry facility. Maintenance orders on file that are neglected. No enforcement of lease and property violations including smoking drugs only to name two. I literally have a camera. roll of videos and pictures, documentation that I was asked to record against neighbors for the last two years. Personally, I think Conifer just needs and wants subsidies to receive grants from the state and government entities! It helps them; "To run their Drug infested Low Income Housing Communities!"

To whom it may concern: I am writing this as a granddaughter to one of the residents at Linden Lakes apartment complex. I was there this morning to help my grandmother with some paperwork and not only was I. disappointed, but extremely concerned with the state of their parking lot. It snowed a few days ago and there is more snow to happen this evening on February 10.

I had issues parking my car and finding a spot available for a guest - not a reserved spot for a resident. All of the spot numbers are completely covered in sheets of ice and there are sheets of ice and snow between each car parked. Once parked, I myself almost slid and fell on the black ice. It appeared to be extremely.

I've never written a review, but conifer realty of Maryland would not be a management company I'd give a favorable review. The management office is run by fear. They speak to tenants in a disrespectful and demeaning way. Not once in my 4 years at a conifer managed property, have I ever missed or been late on my rent. In March 0f 2020, during this. covid-19 era, I questioned a $50 court cost, for my first time ever late rent.

When I asked for a copy of this court document, I was told by management, " You don't need to see a court document, just pay the $50 court cost, or else!" I later found out that there was never a junction filed in court under my name. For the next 4 months, management.

You can start by having someone in the office during regular business hours. Now start cleaning the laundry room and common areas that you should have been doing all along, but now with Covid19 you should be much more diligent. Clean the laundry room!

Conifer Maryland is not a place I would recommend if you have other options. I landed here because I needed affordable housing. It was ok but the leasing office had a revolving door, maintenance requests were ignored for months-years, the office didn't make tenants abide by the lease rules which made the rest of us miserable and our building had a. water/sewage backup that was only taken care of because we finally got a maintenance guy that cares and begged for it to be cleaned up.

As soon as i had the opportunity to get out of there, I did. I upheld my agreement giving my 60 day notice, i paid for the two months rent, did my walk through and left a clean undamaged unit, I'm wondering why they are holding my security deposit. I'm unhappy about that. They didn't uphold their responsibility to me as a tenant yet i still paid my rent on time but they make me wait so they can continue to collect interest on my money? I'm not ok with that. Again, it wasn't completely awful but i don't recommend it unless you have no other options. It's stressful.

Hire competent /honest people (and contractors) who understand that it's the residents who suffer in the end. Stop taking advantage of Senior Citizens
