We were between a rock and a hard place, looking for a short term rental condo while having a new home built. We were told by our builder that our new condo would be ready to settle in July of 2021 (or, a total of 9 months renting). We signed the new condo contract JUST before the Global COVID 19 Pandemic. At the end of the first rental lease (of 9 months), the owner of the rental unit was understandably considering selling the rental condo.
With such high demand, market prices soared to unprecedented levels. Rather than sell, Kelly Realty and the owner agreed to rent us the unit for another 2 months. And before it was all over, supply chain shortages and work stoppages precipitated 5 more lease extensions, and a total of 17 months rental! The women at Kelly Cove Realty (Lisa & Candace) worked with the owner on our behalf many times to help us avoid being without a home to live in, and the nightmare of additional temporary moves.
We are so pleased they were able to keep us in that one condo for the entire duration of 17 months. Many Many Thanks for the Kelly Cove Team generosity during an extremely chaotic & hectic time. A++

I had the same experience as the Calipsan Cat reviewer with Candace, charging me $500 to clean tile and carpet PLUS $40 for a lanai power wash! Funny, nothing in the lease about move out re: the lanai. What a racket, definitely in cahoots with the specific cleaning company she told us to use as "other companies do a terrible job & if we aren't satisfied, we'll charge you even if you already paid for cleaning on your own", must be getting a kickback from the floor cleaning company - Deceptive, unprofessional and GREEDY - stay clear of this "realty" office - pathetic!

This is by far one of the most unprofessional companies I've dealt with in a long time unprofessional enough for me to waste my valuable time writing this review to prevent others from falling into the trap. Candice was our arrogant realtor. We rented a property for two years a hassle for every thing needles to say that even though we went out of our way to leave the rental cleaner than it was when given to us they still managed to take $400 to professionally clean the tile which was already clean.
She took advantage of the fact that she had the rental property to sell us a house which she minimally represented us. We saw this woman once, the day she showed the house. The whole time during the sale we where left in the dark, she made a nine thousand dollar commission for doing absolutely nothing for us but be rude and arrogant. The only aspect I'm content for is that fact that I will never have to deal with her over all lack of respect for her self her clients and the profession she so poorly represents.

Sherry is the best! She is an amazing office manager! she has helped us out and made sure we were happy(: any problems we had she made sure they were fixed in a timely manner! If I could promote her or give her a raise I would! She is a hard working lady! Thank you sherry for everything you have helped us with! Diane is our realtor she is also an amazing person!
I highly recommend if looking to rent here is where you rent from! Also if you own a house and your looking for a realtor to rent out your house I highly recommend Kelly cover realty! Every 3 months they come to my house that I'm renting At to make sure everything is being maintained the way it should be and to make sure the renter / owner of the house is happy and there is no problems!
I have rented with other company's before and by far this is the first time I have been blown away with such amazing positive outstanding customer service I give them 10 stars not just 5! Thank you Kelly cove realty for being so amazing and awesome you guys rock! (:
