Management does nothing about neighbors harassing us for our 9 month child playing during the day they pound ont the floor and leave notes can't ask management to do a thing as they don't and tell us to find common ground the law states 8am -10pm yet they try giving us noise complaints and continue to harrass us worst decision was moving in here

I worked with Shelby and Kadee and they were both very helpful and good at answering our questions! This is the first apartment I have moved into and they made the process smooth!

I live in one of their properties "Condo" and I love it, it's just right. They take very good care of the property as well as myself and Pistol Pete my service pet. They accept housing which was very helpful to me. I'm living the dream now thank you IMM.

IMM does take advantage of people. After I signed the papers to move in, I then called The electric company that partnered with IMM which is (Verendrye). The person I spoke to was a man who claimed that he was a manager there and spoke to me like a normal adult, when it came to adding my name to electric service, as he was asking me to hand the phone over to Shelby who was the woman that helped sign me into leasing the apartments here at IMM.

This man clearly says out loud aggressively (I am not to give her the account number but I can give it to you Shelby.!) As if I was not supposed to know but I was supposed to hear what he had said at the same time. I didn't think anything of it at the time because I was so used to being taken advantage of, but now that I have children I'll be darn if I let anybody slide by making me pay more of a divided utility bill that is given out to IMM once a month and certain people have to pay for the majority of the ratio.

Now when I signed the lease to move into the apartment of IMM I agree that I will pay my portion, but I did not agree that I will pay more than my share. With this said, this is a great opportunity for them to take advantage of people by raking in extra cash. The hallway constantly stinks the elevators getting nasty, and there are not enough parking spots for all the residents that live here, but they complained that people are parking on the side of the garages.

I've lived in Minnesota for years and everywhere I've rented the parking lots get cleaned after a snow day. With IMM you basically have to shovel your way out or be stuck. Ridiculous. So many residents can't get out of their home due to this. Y'all need to do better!

I will honestly never rent through IMM again. I've rented from a few places and this is by far the worst rental company I've ever gone through, their customer service is an absolute joke and they'll nickel and dime you for everything your worth. The only reason that they got two stars instead of one is because the apartment I rented was decently nice.

They set you up to lose your deposit and then they charge ridiculous fees anyway on top of it. They're a bunch on crooks and I will always steer people away from them. Highly recommend magic city management.

Overall, my experience with IMM was ok. The apartment was nice, their staff was friendly and never had to many issues with noise complaints at my property. My issues came during the move out process. Overall I put down $550 dollars between a regular deposit and a pet deposit. Yet somehow I still had to pay over $100 in "damages" which were more or less nickel and diming charges.

I'll admit there were some repairs needed for some general wear and tear, but can someone explain what a $45 maintenance fee is suppose to mean? The place was show ready when we moved out of the apartment and I'm willing to fight on that. My biggest gripe is that they never told me I had outstanding balance. I gave them my updated email address along with my cell phone and still no contact stating I still owed them money.

When I tried to call and get an explanation, they wouldn't even talk to me. Stephanie the receptionist answered my questions with poise so its more of not being able to talk to a manger which was frustrating. If you're willing to spend $190 on carpet cleaning and $390 on a regular cleaning then go ahead and shell out the cash.

Immediately jump if there is one complaint about you 20 months of you living there with no problems. Very poor maintenance. No response to complaints of the maintenance. Lie to you about complaints. I was here 18 months no problems til my cousin moved in. He got drunk n stole my car. So I punched him in the face fam matters. N all the sudden since he signed a 6 mo lease they're badgering me

Worst service provided with the worst customer service ever. With over 200 units, they only have one maintenance guy. Nothing gets done. It takes over a year for the maintenance person to get to you. I strongly suggest you take your money somewhere because when you are moving out, this apartment will charge you for all the fixing they were supposed to when you were in the unit.

A complete rip off. They will find every reason to keep your deposit and also bill you for thousands of dollars. They will charge you for things they never fixed. I had a fridge go bad for over year and they never bothered to change it. The services provided is very horrible coupled with the worst customer service. I have receipts and pictures to prove my point. Take your money somewhere else. If there was any rating below zero, I would have given them that.

DO NOT USE THEM! They removed my previous review because I showed pictures of their disgusting lack of upkeep on one of their properties. I've had things stolen from my doorstep, in front of their indoor cameras, and they couldn't care less about it. They wouldn't even check the cameras unless I had a police report and proof of an ongoing investigation.

By the time law enforcement was able to get involved, the footage was "gone". They don't enforce their own rules to tenants, abandoned vehicles and pet feces covering inside and outside of "no pet" apartments. They were nice when they had us move in, but became the most rude and hostile group of people I've met in a customer service role the second we signed the lease.

I have lived in Coulee Ridge for 3 months now and I have loved it. The apartments themselves are very nice quality, I love the appliances and finishes. It feels modern and updated. Any problems that I have had with my apartment has been taken care of that day or the following day which is very convenient.

My property manager, Mike, was super helpful and friendly. He understood my situation and helped me in the best way he could. If I come back to Minot, I would definitely want to stay here again.

I have lived in the IMM Apartments since moving to Williston, ND almost five years ago. These apartments are very affordable, especially for the area. My apartment includes a Dishwasher and In-Unit Laundry.which are always a nice benefit. I recommend these apartments to co-workers and friends. IMM Apartments are definitely worth a look.

I would recommend never using this company for renting in Minot. The entire agency provided extremely unsatisfactory service, from their in-person relations, answering phone calls/emails, having maintenance tend to units, settle claim disputes, the list goes on. While Minot is a small town and the options are limited for whom you can rent through, seriously look around and explore options, otherwise you will be extremely disappointed and frustrated.

My husband and I lived in our IMM apartment for over 5 years. Our first few property managers were great, and concerns were taken care of in a timely manner. Our trouble happened when we moved out. Our property manager claimed we would have to replace the carpet in all of the rooms due to damages. When I asked for documentation of the damages, the photographs of the bedrooms that we received were not of our apartment; the door frames in the pictures were metal, our door frames were wood (we have pictures that we took after cleaning to prove the status of our apartment when we left).

I contested this multiple times with our property manager and she insisted it was ours. When I spoke with her supervisor, he stated he would look into it, but did not respond for over two weeks; I had to send him another email to get a response. We received our statement in the mail and it only listed charges, it did not include calculations as well.

We got to the point of asking for legal assistance to ask for further clarification on why we were charged so much, when they admitted the carpet person sent them incorrect photos, and they never provided documentation on what they were charging us for beyond normal wear and tear. After weeks of asking for information, after we moved, IMM finally admitted they had a "calculation error" and reduced our statement by $1,100. It is unfortunate they could not be that honest upfront. Had we not questioned their statement, that would have been a large "mistake" for us to cover.

WORST apartment company I've ever rented from. No communication whatsoever, they were negligent when it came to maintenance request. My water heater broke inside the home and my floors were soaked. We had to have huge fans in the unit for DAYS and I have an autistic child. Therefore, we had to top the top latch. To only be told if they don't get inside I'll be charged for all the damages, THEY WERE RESPONSIBLE FOR! Yet again, no communication no phone call, notbing. Plus, when I moved out I got a $3,000+ bill sent to collections. Save yourself the trouble

Maintenance and management staff are top notch. The property is, generally, clean and well-maintained, however, the lawn care could be better. Over-watering has resulted in a higher number of mosquitos and has made sections of the yard unusable for tenants and pets. At times the ice removal in the parking lot is poor.

Lived here for 5 years and loved it. The month we move out I get my security deposit back with $190.00 deducted for cleaning! Had my walk through and nothing was stated or relayed being that dirty. Called my resident manager and her supervisor and still didn't get anything accomplished except getting told that they hire professional cleaners and the crumbs were left behind washer dryer oven and fridge.crumbs. Being loyal doesn't mean anything to them. Thanks IMM for trusting your cleaners to get you guys a little more money.

I've been renting through IMM for a while now, almost 4 years and they are great. I've lived in two units so far and Minot place apartments are perfect. Don the unit manager is the best to work with.

I thought everything went pretty smoothly. The morning of my move in, I was a little frustrated because I wasn't told my dad didn't sign his co-signer lease until 15 minutes before I was supposed to get my keys.and he was out of town. Thank goodness he was able to fill it out and get it sent over, because I had furniture companies bringing my bed that afternoon, so the communication could be handled a little bit better, but overall they were amazing to work with.

On the surface this business looks and seems to be decent. Once you sign papers that all changes. Initial issue was the paperwork called for two garage controls. Only one was in the apartment. It took over a month to get the second control. Why was this a concern, well it says two on the paperwork so I'm sure I would have been docked from my deposit if I didn't have two to present upon moving out. Also, I had to program the Remote myself.

Not a big deal as it was easy, but not what I think I as the customer should be doing. My lease mentioned replacing lightbulbs but not programming remotes. My residence had on on property manager that could not be reached. I'd call the main office and they would say to call the on site manager, and she would answer all the questions. They were no help.

To turn in my notice to vacate, I went into the office and did the paperwork there and made sure to keep copies cuz I'm sure there would be some type of issues. Never spoke to the property manager during the final month to discuss my move-out cuz I could never find her in her office or get a message returned. Called the office to ask how my final apartment review went as I am out of the state.

I was reminded that per the lease the money would be mailed to me within 30 days and it had not been thirty days. I moved on on May 9. This call was placed on June 3, so yes it wasn't 30 days. I asked for clarification if the apartment itself had been inspected and if there were any pending fees. Again, I was very snippily reminded the money would be refunded within thirty days from the move-out date.

I clarified that understood that part. I was inquiring if there was money owed or being withheld from from the deposit for damages. Again I was reminded that they had 30 days to refund all money. Which is totally fine but my questions was yet to be answered. Still don't know if I owed damages or if I will receive my full deposit and prorated return.

I wasn't concerned with when the money was coming. I wanted to no if there were charges so that matter could be dealt with. Personally, I would not rent from or refer this business to anyone. Even if you are desperate save yourself the struggles and find a landlords that will answer simple questions or that will simply answer the phone instead of giving you the run around.

Do Not Rent with IMM. they're rude and hard to contact. Lived in these apartments with my boyfriend; they charged for everything from dirty light bulbs to fifty dollar blind repair. You will not get your security deposit back! Count on that gone once paid. My advice look into Prairie Apartments! So much better, they're clean and the staff is so friendly.

Relocating from out of state is a nightmare. IMM made our apartment hunting process hassle free and we are glad we chose Coulee Ridge as our new home in North Dakota. Everything was impeccable upon move in. I was very impressed by how proactive management is; someone was parked in our assigned underground parking spot and they got on in immediately. It just tells you a lot about the pride they have in taking care of their residents. Very happy with our choice!

Our experience with pleasant here at Prairie Heights. The staff are nice and available to address any questions and concerns. Each morning on the way to work, our child likes to stop by the office to say hi to whomever is in there. The staff always greet us with a smile and a sincere hello. The apartments have a simply layout that is both spacious and organized. Our family like to appliances and the simplicity of the apartment. It is nice having a washer and dryer that we can use at our leisure.

My husband and I have lived here for a little over a year here are some thoughts. Apartment Pros 1. New build; we love the new style of the units and the huge hallways for moving furniture in and out. 2. Friendly management; Staff is on top of things, issues are resolved quickly and will little fuss. 3. Amenities; The dog park! Can I say enough about having a fenced area for the pooch? 4. Safety; Underground parking means there is a sheltered area for vehicles/people during major weather events.

The management has also installed cameras in the main areas to keep tenants and their property safe. 5. Events; Coulee Ridge has excellent tenant events including an annual Christmas party, and a monthly book club! Apartment Cons 1. Some people suck and won't pick up their dog's poop. Management tries to catch the wrong "doodooers" but have had difficulty finding them. 2. Price is high, but for what you are getting it is reasonable! 3. You might not want to leave.

My husband and I recently moved here in Coulee Ridge apartments @Bismarck couple of months ago and WE LIKE IT! Besides the management is super friendly and is very responsive in terms of anything that concerns you about the place. I am delighted by the facilities which they have in here including a well equipped fitness center (requires no separate membership.helps me meet my fitness goals), a club house with an amazing space ( good for a gang of 20-25 people to hang out, we also had our new year's celebration there).

Really like the fact that they keep itching for doing something new every now and then, recently they did a new addition to the club house - a popcorn cart ( yet to try it out, excited!). Coming to the apartment, well the quality of finishing and cleanliness is decent On an overall, I am happy with the place and yes they do clean the roads and pathway twice a week when its snowing heavily! I recommend it to someone looking for a good apartment. Also posting the view from my apartment :)

They treat you so well in the beginning. Then when you decided to move.you won't get your deposit back. Instead you will be spending $100 of dollars for damages that you didn't do. They will take you for your money. Please don't go to them. You always end up paying more. This is my second time renting from them. I should have learned my lesson the first time.

Do not rent from this company. They insist on cleaning carpet when you leave, $330, you will not see your deposit! Out of $500, $65 dollar back.we DAMAGED NOTHING! We did not even put anything on the walls and were "fined" for repairs. This is a racket! There are plenty of rental options out there, stay away from this company
