Established in 1990, Latta Real Estate Services, Inc. was opened by Thomas and Carol Latta in an effort to provide professional property management and leasing services to several clients who had requested assistance in managing their growing portfolios of single family residential investment properties.

At LATTA Real Estate Services, Inc., our philosophy is to strive to seek and keep good long-term tenants, maintain property integrity, control expenses and maximize profits. Tenants stay longer in properties that are well maintained, minimizing the significant expenses incurred in make ready efforts and vacancy losses each time a tenant vacates a property. And well-maintained properties maximize property values and appreciation, should you eventually decide to sell or trade your investment property.
I was introduced to Latta by a friend who also owned properties and was immediately impressed by their management philosophy. Their commitment to my properties and tenants is unwavering. If a tenant raises a concern, they are quick to respond and thorough with their solution. They have excellent communications with me as there are never surprises.

I have rented from latta for 3 years I have never had any issues with them answering the phones nor fixing things that break usually they respond within a couple of hours if not overnight Yes my rent has went up one time But that's in 3 whole years People need to get their affairs in order and stop blaming others If your credit is ok and you are a good renter then you should have no problem with them.

It's just shameful they have something posted for weeks and you put in the go look at the property and no one hits you up then they finally rent it out after you ask it to go see it weeks ago but they like to take your money on get it a application review then weeks later they rented out to someone else after taking your money it is poor services especially when people put in to go look at the places weeks in advance

This is not a fair or honest company, my application was denied and when I called to ask why, I got a lot of I don't know and we'll call you back. I called for two days before getting the property manager. The manager blamed the reason why I was denied on the owner of the house, but when I asked about other property's listed she gave the same excuses.
Don't waste your money on an application fee cause even if you have good rental history, make enough money and have over a year on your job, if you have anything in collection they won't rent to you. You damn near need to be ready to buy the house!

I am currently renting through this company. I agree with most of the reviews. It's not perfect and Yes, It does takes the company years, to fix any issues around the property. We went without A/C for two summers and four years to get the old tree branches away from the driveway and street and we still have trunk debris in the back yard. And of course rent continues to go up, every year. However, with every bad, there's something good and we are in a good neighborhood and "mowing" is included in rent and the maintenance man is very respectful and kind around the family and the home. I honestly, haven't had it any better.

We have worked as a vendor with this company for several years. They're very responsive and professional. They call as soon as a tenant reports anything. They are definitely one of the best property management companies that we have worked with. Kimberly is very friendly and truly cares about what is happening around her.

Critical: Responsiveness Giving this place 1 star is giving them too much. Trying to talk to a real person is impossible. I've called all hours of operation and still haven't been able to talk to someone about an application I submitted for a rental home. Don't waste your time or money with this company. You won't get anywhere

I have used Latta Real Estate to manage and acquire all my rental properties over the last 25 years. They have always acted with great integrity and straightforward dealings. I am very pleased with their ability to screen tenants and have had very few collection or eviction issues. I would never consider using anyone else

Scammers! I was a bit suspicious when I checked the reviews and there was one from an obvious fake account. Do not put in an application for every adult living in the rental property. All of the qualifications fall onto one individual rather than all the tenants combined. You might have a better chance if you make more than 50k but otherwise you sadly will not be able to rent from their overpriced crusty homes.
