AS A CONTRACTOR - DO NOT - PROVIDE SERVICE FOR THIS COMPANY - WE GOT CONTRACTED BY THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO PERFORM EXTREMELY OVER DUE WATER DAMAGE RESTORATION TO SEVERAL UNITS AT A PREMIER PROPERTY - WE HAVE NOT BEEN PAID FOR OUR SERVICE - THE MANAGER WHO HIRED US LEFT THE COMPANY - THEY REFUSE TO CALL US BACK OR EVEN TALK TO US ABOUT THE BILLING - WE HAVE MADE NUMEROUS ATTEMPTS TO CONTACT ACCOUNTS PAYABLE AND MEGAN DOES NOT RETURN PHONE CALLS - NO RESOLUTION OR RESPONSE IN SIGHT - WE ARE APPAULED BY HOW THEY ARE HANDLING THIS AND THE MAINTENCE OF THEIR PROPERTIES - THE LIVING CONDITIONS ARE POOR. THE MANAGEMENT IS POOR. THE COPORATE RESPONSIBLITY IS POOR. POORLY RUN COMPANY AND THE IGNORANCE SHOWS

I concur with the vast majority of Reviews that most sadly repeat despite location. Their own self-promoting ads speak volumes and profit alone takes precedence. Incorrigible.

Wish i could give zero stars. As a resident of one of their acquired properties, the second this company took over, the building has become a complete dump. Phone calls go unanswered, management is dismissive when confronted. Management has scarce and inconsistent hours and good luck getting ANYTHING fixed if you have ANY issue in your unit. The worst part is our building has become so unsafe because they do NOT care at all about the security of their residents. Packages theft is rampant and homeless use our building as their hangout and management has never informed us of anything they are doing to combat the issues. It's absolutely appalling to think all of this has happened in such a short amount of time. DO NOT even think of living in any building that is managed by Premier Housing.

I wish I could get less than the one star Because this company is a complete 0! As a resident of a property they manage, it's a sad and disgusting the way we are treated. the amount of overturn of property managers is unreal most of them work for two weeks and then they quit. Maintance doesn't get done unless we have state inspections, and papers take months to be completed, unprofessionalism at its finest. calls never answered by management and a lot is from their current regional manager, Emails go unanswered, they hire and using shady contractors to do work in our apartments.

This list could go on and on residents go without help for days because of the lack of in their words " Integrity and ethical dealing" "Responsiveness and superior customer" and service Competent and professional staff* Which None of these do they have, hire or possess!

I have been with Premier for a little over a year now and it has been a great experience. The leadership team is always open to new suggestions and ideas. The residents and staff are their priority at all times.

I wish I could give NO STARS! I have been living at this property for 4years and I have not been treated like they care. I can not speak about the woman in the office on site. But the actual management company. I will say is very UNPROFESSIONAL. They NEVER return calls or emails. They NEVER answer the phone. They haven't sent a copy of my rent records.

I can't get things fixed, they just say there is a work order and I have to wait. Well damn how back up are you. I would not recommend them if you want to rent. You won't ever get to talk to someone about anything. Just like looking out. Rent at your OWN RISK!

I would literally give 0 stars if I could. There is not 1 number that will get you in touch with anyone from Premier. Nobody ever answers the phone or returns your calls/voicemails. The only time they can be found is when it concerns money. There have been over 10 property managers and you can't get a hold of any of them. Ridiculous af.

I went for an interview 3 weeks ago in St. Paul. Beware of the Regional Manager (long black hair). The entire time of my interview she kept looking at her watch which I found extremely unprofessional, inconsiderate and rude. Then she stated that they're taking their time hiring because they need a "good fit". I don't think she would know a good fit if it bit her in the backside.

I passed this on to the HR Manager and she thanked me for the information. Hopefully the Regional Manager will get some much needed training in the area of interviewing techniques and communication skills. Apparently their 2 star rating reflects on a lack of management skill.

If I could I wouldn't even give a star. They're horrible at communicating. They hire and fire more employees than I can count. In the 6 months of owning my previous apt building we had 4 different apartment managers and 4 different maintenance workers. I lived in my apt for 5yrs before they bought the building. The older owner didn't tell them that they'd have to do some serious repairs as well as remodeling & because of this they were raisin our rent.

I contemplated staying but after tons of unfulfilled promises we moved out. They charged us for things that should've been apart of normal wear and tear. I caught them in a lie and then they tried to reimburse me $65 and NOT my entire deposit. Not to mention they never sent me a certificate of rent paid. Needless to i would never rent from them again.
