After we called to get an estimate, Doug showed up with a binder with everything we needed to know about selling our property, even including listings of properties similar to ours (even though ours was unique). And then we got a thank you note later in the mail. He made us feel special, and we were convinced that he was the best choice for us. It didn't hurt that there was a connection between him and my brother, who gave Doug a high rating before we signed on with him.

The property was on the market less than an hour before we received a bid, and Doug ran with it from there. His favorite phrase, "stand by, " let us know that he was on top of things and would relay the latest developments to us. He was patient with our questions and always kept us informed. I could go on and on, but suffice it to say, we considered ourselves very fortunate to have had Doug representing us. I would recommend him without reservations.

From my first conversation with George, I knew I had found the right person to help my family find our home. George understood our needs and our tight deadline. He was ready with suggestions on how to position ourselves as serious buyers. He spent two days with us looking at houses and walked us through presenting our first offer. Responded with an email within 2 minutes to tell me the place already had a lease on it and literally that was all was just that one 6 word sentence. How long has this listing been up? Take it down if its been rented, holy hell, it's been up forever, they're blaming the website butin my experience they are usually pretty on top of it as I've been following the market for a minute now.

Either that or there was a judgement call made and she thinks I'm a jobless individual instead of a night shifter with a great credit score looking for a quiet spot to rent. Shame, but think I may have to avoid all future listings by her as if this is how she operates, it won't be a good situation in the future either. Oh and I called and ended up leaving a message for her with the request to specifically call me back and instead of calling me back she texted me.

How unprofessional, I at least expected that small courtesy of a phone call on a place that is clearly still listed for rent even as I write this. "Thanks." And it's spelled "accepted" not "excepted, " you're welcome.
