I rented office space from them at 10 Grand Central and renewed for another year in July 2020 despite the fact that no one was going into the city. That year was paid for in full. When we decided not to renew because we were moving, they stiffed us on our deposit and would not answer communications from our firm and lawyer. It is not enough money to warrant a lawsuit, which they know, so they appear to plan on keeping it.

My experience at NYC Office Suites has been in one word: Amazing. I took a beautiful space with windows overlooking the 6th ave. The area is great with everything close by, and the building is modern, clean and beautiful. The persons working there are awesome, they always cater to your needs. Every morning you are greeted by the smile of the staff who welcomes you at the lobby.

The location is very quiet, and tenants are very kind. Any issue.it has been fixed immediately. A special thanks goes to the Vice President of Sales Graham Alton, who has listened carefully to my needs and found a solution very quickly. Working like this is really easy. Thanks!

In my opinion, this is an unbelievably unprofessional, bait-and-switch company with rude agents and misleading listings. Mr. Carroll, What I was shown was completely different from what I was promised and shown online. Here is what transpired when I arrived. - The agent (James) wasn't there - I waited around, and when James didn't show I was then shown a beautiful corner office by the front desk attendant, and was led to believe that that office was available, and for the price I was quoted - Once James did show up, he showed me a VERY different office. Tiny, no windows. - Today, when I was emailed by the online broker handling communications, it came with a reply from James, telling me to GO TO QUEENS. Unprofessional. I'm not placing blame on anyone in particular. But the whole process was a nightmare in my opinion, as a small business trying to find a place to hang my hat.
