They do not want to be contacted. Once you google the company you notice the phone number isn't provided. So I decided to email multiple times. No response. You'll have to keep scrolling. They do not like to give tenants their deposits back after it was verbally stated they were! Do better! Dealing with them since May

The worst Property Management that I have ever worked for. They take people off of a tractor trailer and put them in the office with no experience and make them a manager. And wonder why they cant keep staff there. Unprofessional people.

They are not good to rent from. Then you can't even have guest, family, or etc because you have to get a parking pass which is only good for one day a week and only one person can get a pass. It's sad.it's like you are in prison in your own place.

The Property Manager at Common Wealth Village Apartments in Jackson Mississippi is very unprofessional and she is allowing residents to be harassed and tormented in their on apartment homes she has someone terrorizing her residence and their children and is not assisting police to allow them to do their jobs. She is not from Jackson and does not have those ladies and their children best interest at hand.

She's rude, she's never available for her residence and she allows other residence to work in the office that goes out on property and spreads company business which is illegal!

Beautiful property, having lived in the building myself for 6 years--4 when it was in a run down, dilapidated, deteriorated condition-- the re-emergance as a front line senior living entity is a a miracle and a blessing. I believe everybody living here appreciates the change, everything in the way of living appliances and accessories is new and up to date.

The reason I give it only one star is due to the building management, specifically the manager. I could write a monograph or essay on this subject, but suffice to say that what most people would consider a normal allowance for usaged of amenities, this person instead takes a draconian, stringent, strict, almost a third grade teacher approach to the most basic things.

In this respect residents cannot use the downstairs (common area) bathrooms, cannot use the community room, Wi-Fi is denied, countless inspections, recently one that ran at cross purposes with the rules. And other such prohibitions which are manifested in such a way as to make one feel constantly on edge and uncomfortable. The behavior is the opposite of an enabler, a disabler, one that wants to deny people.

They are very unpopular, many of the residents are intimidated and frightened, and it is unfortunate because it is such a wonderful place to live. But before I close I would like to mention two instances that troubled me, amongst many. The first being, at the beginning of reconstruction, the dicarding and removal of a perfectly good pool table because "we aren't having that in this building." Guess she considers pool a depraved, dissolute, debauched pursuit, the work of the Devil; in truth many people would have enjoyed that activity, she didn't consider that.

The second instance was the carrying of a harmlessly parked bicycle out of the building and dumping in the street; anybody could have come along and stolen it and the person who went upstairs to perhaps visit a grandparent would have lost their bike. This type of behavior is chronic, and a change needs to be made, it's not merely what the person feels, it's who they are. Senior citizens deserve better.

This company is not good to rent from if you have a disability. They let there employees run all over people and will not help disability people out if they need with anything.

Shame on Tesco Properties Inc for saying that someone cannot fly the American Flag. Please, everyone who reads this please call this company and ask them why they hate this country so much that they will not allow OUR flag to be flown and threaten to remove it by force.
