Alberto was our contact to view two different properties. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He was great about answering any questions we had and followed up after a couple of days to make sure we had everything we needed to make our decision. We chose which property to apply for and after getting our approval, Alberto called us again to congratulate us!

Orange County Property Management really goes above and beyond with their customer service! They have bilingual staff which is really helpful for my grandparents who are not 100% fluent in English. We recently had a plumbing emergency and this was taken care of right away. A kind lady (Veronica) even followed up to make sure the work was done. Thank you for such professionalism.

We've been managed by OC Management for 5+ yrs and all of this time we've had a great experience with everyone from the company. They are very professional and timely at answering all calls, emails and requests. They've always provided fast maintenance for electricity, plumbing and gardening. Anna helped me with my lease contract and I appreciate she helped me get the apartment I wanted. Everyone is friendly and their customer service is always on 100%. The times I called to check on my application the ladies did an amazing job of answering the phone and giving me an update. If you're looking to rent a house or an apartment I definitely recommend you to go through Orange County properties. They sure know how to help you with out any attitude or poor service.

I chose Orange County Property to manage my rental property and they have been everything that I hoped for. Lance was able to estimate the rent on various properties I looked at which helped me choose one which made financial sense for me. His estimate rent turned out to be spot-on, and they found tenants in less than a month, and after almost a year those tenants also seem to be happy with the service and have renew their lease. We listed our home with Orange County Property Management a few years ago to have it rented and we had an amazing experience with them.
