Patrice did nothing to try and get me and my fiance into apartment and refused to reimburse back us $25 that was agreed upon signing the paper work after 6 months if she didn't find us apartment. But ended up did after we refused to take no for an answer I would not recommend her to friends and family

First I want to say is thank you Patrice, our recent transaction couldn't have gone smoother. You were very transparent and we love that. I 100% understand how realtor fees work so I am not going to demonize you because of a payment that revolves around a law or company, yes I paid the money, no I do not have a problem with it and I will explain why. 1) You gave no hesitation to show us the place that we were interested in. 2) you helped us out immediately and gave us a showing within the week. 3) financial situations during this current time isn't the best but you were still able to make arrangements for yourself, the owners, and my wife and I. Lastly, because of your help, time, and kindness my future wife and I will now in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood and will be able to finally start our lives on our home.

So with all of this listed I just want to say, Thank you from the bottom of my heart, you did us a great service and we appreciate meeting you, you changed our lives for the better.

The office is extremely easy to locate with no issue of parking. I worked with a wonderful woman who was very knowledgeable and personable. The entire process from beginning to end was extremely smooth! I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The people are extremely amazing. They answer your questions to the best of their knowledge. They communicate very well and are very punctual. They try to get you as much information as possible. I would recommend them to anyone.

Spoke to a woman on the phone who was the nastiest thing alive. I asked her if I can see the apartment and she said we close at 7pm. I said ok- so can I see it? Again she said we close at 7pm. Ignoring that I asked if she can give me more info on the place her response was " everything is available online". Bless her soul.

To say the least Orchard Realty made what could have been an extremely stressful situation comfortable & easy going. Patrice was so helpful and pleasant I recommend anyone wishing to search for apartments / houses to ask for her. Shes patient & has the clients best interest at heart. She made the whole experience easy and quite delightful!

I had a great experience with Orchard Realty. I worked with Patrice. She easy to work with and was professional and prompt with any emails and questions. I found exactly what I was looking for in my price range. Yes there's $50 service fee but you get it back when you sign a lease. I have no complaints.

This was a smooth and fast process. I saw the house online and scheduled an appointment to meet with the realtor the following day. The moment we walked into the office everyone was friendly, Patrice is the best she never made us feel uncomfortable and was 100% honest with all the answers about the house and the process. She helped us get into a beautiful one family house that is absolutely amazing and she made sure the landlord fix the house to our accommodations. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ORCHARD REALTY! Once again thank you so much Patrice we love the house!

Don't deal with this place! The woman sent me around the corner to the ATM so she got her $50 up front. She then showed me 2 crappy apts. that she claimed were fresh on the market.that was a bold faced lie! The same places were listed on her site for weeks! She called the next day to say she didn't have anything else to show me and I never heard from her again. Crooked & shady! Put that $50 to better use folks!

I had found orchard realty through craiglist while looking to rent an apartment and had emailed their office regarding a few rentals. i had been advised to go to their office to speak to someone about these apartments. when i had gotten into the office i spoke to patrice (i believe that was her name) about what i was looking for. she had told me that in order to use her services for 6mnths i had to pay $50 cash and she will email or call me when she had apartments fitting my criteria. so i payed the 50 and we went to see two apartments which were disgusting and one of them she had never even seen before. i had asked her to please not show me nasty apartments. we had seemed to leave off on a good foot. she said she would send me listings for more apartments and now two months later i have seen several apartment add from orchard realty on craigslist and had not even so much as received a text from patrice about any apartments. in other words i was scammed. my suggestion is if u have to pay to research apartments then they aren't worth it. this woman was full of junk and does not know what she is doing. i am very disappointed.
