Paradise Agency Paradise Agency, LLC was established in the early 1960's. Alfred and Renee Goldstein began development of residential, seasonal and small commercial properties. The business grew to include many senior and multi-family rental properties along with commercial development and United States Postal Service properties. Today, the company is managed by the second generation sons, Mr. Bruce Goldstein and Mr. Ronald Goldstein, Esq., who continue to expand in both the senior housing and commercial properties markets.

Yes, when you are offered an apartment a criminal background report and a credit report are generated on all applicants over the age of 18.

Your smoke detector is equipped with a 9 volt battery. When the battery has low power you may hear a quick 'chirp' from the detector. Usually it will last a few hours then stop. If you need assistance to change the battery, please call the office to schedule a service call. Household waste and food waste should be placed into the large dumpster in sealed bags.

Landlord is not compassionate about the well being of people who rent from them. Especially during disasters.
